基于以太網(wǎng)技術的熱量計量系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:我國供熱系統(tǒng)一直以來按照面積進行收費,這種方式存在能源浪費、收費不合理等問題。對熱量進行計量,通過熱量商品化、貨幣化,促使用戶節(jié)能是供熱體制改革的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。目前多數(shù)熱量計量儀表采用人工抄表,效率低、入戶難。本文設計了可對室內(nèi)熱量計量、無需人工抄表,并可進行個性化節(jié)能控制的基于以太網(wǎng)技術的熱量計量系統(tǒng)。 本設計由熱量表、手持設備、集中抄表器、供熱監(jiān)控管理中心四部分組成。熱量表通過時間數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)換器并結合鉑電阻和超聲波傳感器測量溫度及流量,利用MSP430單片機完成熱量值的計算及熱量的節(jié)能控制;熱量表之間通過ZigBee無線通信模塊進行短距離通信,并將數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)多級轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到集中抄表器。集中抄表器選用CC2530射頻芯片控制,采用以太網(wǎng)控制器ENC28J60實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡連接,將集中抄表器中的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至供熱監(jiān)控管理中心,實現(xiàn)了供熱系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的遠程傳輸及無線抄表。用戶可通過手持設備個性化設定各房間溫度。供熱監(jiān)控管理中心通過系統(tǒng)上位機軟件,對熱量表進行監(jiān)控。 本設計具有計量準確、抄表方便、收費合理等特點;可以為用戶提供便捷的收費服務;用戶可以自主控制用熱量,,提高用熱舒適度和用熱合理性;同時方便供熱部門對供熱系統(tǒng)進行智能化管理。本系統(tǒng)滿足國家節(jié)能減排的要求,具有廣闊的應用前景及市場。
[Abstract]:The heating system of our country has been charging according to the area for a long time, which has some problems such as energy waste, unreasonable charge and so on. The key link of heating system reform is to measure heat quantity, to promote energy saving by means of heat commercialization and monetization. At present, most heat metering instruments use manual meter reading, the efficiency is low, and it is difficult to enter the house. In this paper, a heat metering system based on Ethernet technology is designed, which can measure indoor heat without manual meter reading, and can carry out individualized energy saving control. This design consists of four parts: heat meter, handheld device, central meter reader and heating monitoring management center. Through the time digital converter, combined with platinum resistance and ultrasonic sensor to measure the temperature and flow rate, MSP430 single chip microcomputer is used to calculate the heat value and control the energy saving. The heat meter communicates in short distance through ZigBee wireless communication module, and the data is transmitted to the central meter reader by multistage. The CC2530 RF chip is used to control the central meter reader, and the Ethernet controller ENC28J60 is used to realize the network connection. The data in the central meter reader is transmitted to the heating monitoring management center. The remote data transmission and wireless meter reading in the heating system are realized. The user can personalize the room temperature through the handheld device. The heating monitoring and management center monitors the heat meter through the software of the upper computer. At the same time, it is convenient for the heating department to manage the heating system intelligently. The system meets the requirements of national energy saving and emission reduction, and has a broad application prospect and market.
