熱計量技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及能耗分析

【摘要】:隨著十三五規(guī)劃的到來,我國經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展,對能源的依賴越來越強烈,特別是秋冬季節(jié)霧霾等空氣污染對人們的生活質(zhì)量提出了嚴重的考驗,所以壓減化石能源的使用,充分利用太陽能、風(fēng)能以及地?zé)岬惹鍧嵞茉闯蔀榻裉斓闹饕n題,對既有建筑進行節(jié)能改造是解決目前建筑能耗高的必然趨勢,我國建筑節(jié)能起步晚,任務(wù)重。但從“十一五”后期國家建設(shè)部開始投入大量資金在全國各地開展了大規(guī)模的既有非節(jié)能建筑的節(jié)能改造工作,即我們所說的對老舊樓房進行穿衣戴帽,更換樓內(nèi)老舊管路,同時對滿足分戶熱計量條件的供暖系統(tǒng)進行熱計量改造,科利源公司所管轄的2000萬平米供暖范圍內(nèi),近三年已經(jīng)完成190萬平米的熱計量改造,加上130萬新建熱計量小區(qū),目前熱計量收費面積已經(jīng)達到320萬平方米,石景山區(qū)的重興嘉園就是我公司的熱計量改造的示范小區(qū)之一,對該小區(qū)熱計量改造情況進行了能耗和供暖收費情況進行總和分析。首先對該小區(qū)的供暖系統(tǒng)進行了徹底的調(diào)查,根據(jù)實際情況制定符合該系統(tǒng)的熱計量改造方案,并對居民居室改造前后的舒適性進行對比,對近幾年的綜合能耗進行對比分析,特別是實施熱計量改造后的能耗情況進行核算,并根據(jù)能耗情況進行系統(tǒng)平臺的相關(guān)功能開發(fā),對能耗高的樓棟居室進行能耗分析,找到能耗損失的途徑,并想辦法去處理解決,并利用相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進行水力工況的調(diào)節(jié),努力做到由用戶我要用熱向按需供熱方向過渡和轉(zhuǎn)變。通過典型的分戶熱計量改造項目進行能耗、收費以及可推行等各方面進行詳實總結(jié),并為科利源公司以至熱力集團全面實施熱計量積累必要的經(jīng)驗,找到努力改進方向,增強既有建筑節(jié)能改造的信心。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the rapid economic development of our country, the dependence on energy is becoming more and more intense. In particular, air pollution such as haze in the autumn and winter seasons has posed a serious test to the quality of life of people, so the use of fossil energy has been reduced. Making full use of clean energy, such as solar energy, wind energy and geothermal energy, has become the main topic today. It is an inevitable trend to solve the problem of high energy consumption in existing buildings by retrofitting the existing buildings. The building energy saving starts late in our country, and the task is heavy. However, from the late 11th Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Construction began to invest a large amount of funds to carry out large-scale energy-saving reconstruction of existing non-energy-saving buildings throughout the country, that is, to dress old buildings and wear hats, and to replace old pipes in buildings. At the same time, the heating system which meets the conditions of household heat metering has been reformed by heat metering. Within the 20 million square meters heating range under the jurisdiction of Coriyuan Company, 1.9 million square meters of heat metering has been completed in the last three years, and 1.3 million new heat metering communities have been built. At present, the area of heat metering charge has reached 3.2 million square meters. The Zhongxing Jiayuan in Shijingshan District is one of the demonstration areas of our thermal metering transformation. The energy consumption and heating charge of this district are analyzed. First of all, the heating system of the residential area was investigated thoroughly, and according to the actual situation, the scheme of heat metering reform was formulated, and the comfort before and after the renovation of the living room was compared, and the comprehensive energy consumption in recent years was compared and analyzed. In particular, the energy consumption after the heat metering reform is calculated, and the related functions of the system platform are developed according to the energy consumption, and the energy consumption analysis of the high-energy consuming buildings is carried out to find the way of energy loss. And find a way to deal with the problem, and use the relevant data to adjust the hydraulic conditions, and try to achieve by the user I want to use heat to the direction of heat supply transition and transformation. Through the detailed summary of energy consumption, charge and implementation of typical household heat metering transformation project, and accumulate the necessary experience for the comprehensive implementation of heat metering by Corry source company and thermal power group, and find out the direction of improvement. Strengthen the existing building energy-saving transformation confidence.
