臨沂市組織部干部考評(píng)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人民群眾的素質(zhì)也越來(lái)越高,對(duì)國(guó)家的政治生活與環(huán)境給予更多的關(guān)注。國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,離不開(kāi)干部隊(duì)伍高效的管理與規(guī)劃。臨沂市組織部為加強(qiáng)對(duì)組織部干部人員的建設(shè),對(duì)干部考評(píng)工作的重視程度越來(lái)越高。因此,為管理好干部考評(píng)工作,臨沂市組織部希望建設(shè)一款干部考評(píng)管理系統(tǒng)。臨沂市組織部干部考評(píng)管理系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中采用C#語(yǔ)言、WinForm,采用C/S體系架構(gòu)。系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)分為三層,分別為界面表現(xiàn)層、邏輯服務(wù)層、數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)層。界面表現(xiàn)層中有分頁(yè)控件、布局控件與圖表控件等,用戶通過(guò)界面操作與控制對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行訪問(wèn),然后由界面表現(xiàn)層根據(jù)所對(duì)應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)將用戶的操作控制訪問(wèn)傳送到邏輯服務(wù)層。在邏輯服務(wù)層中,主要有系統(tǒng)的各功能服務(wù),包括考核表管理服務(wù)、考核數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)、考核數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算服務(wù)、考核結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)服務(wù)與考核體系管理服務(wù);邏輯服務(wù)層將與用戶操作控制相對(duì)應(yīng)的服務(wù)傳遞給數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)層。在數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)層中,通過(guò)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中數(shù)據(jù)信息的匹配來(lái)響應(yīng)用戶的操作控制請(qǐng)求。臨沂市組織部干部考評(píng)管理系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有考核表管理功能、考核數(shù)據(jù)管理功能、考核數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算功能、考核結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)功能與考核體系管理功能。其中,考核表管理功能所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括新建考核表、刪除考核表、拷貝考核表與排序考核表?己藬(shù)據(jù)管理功能所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括高掃數(shù)據(jù)采集、機(jī)讀卡數(shù)據(jù)采集、網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)采集、手工數(shù)據(jù)采集?己藬(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算功能所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證、數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算與異常數(shù)據(jù)定義。考核結(jié)果統(tǒng)計(jì)功能所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括班子考評(píng)分析與干部考評(píng)分析。考核體系管理功能所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括指標(biāo)管理、主體管理與對(duì)象管理。臨沂市組織部干部考評(píng)管理系統(tǒng)在落地運(yùn)行后,提高了干部考評(píng)工作的透明度,并使得人民群眾對(duì)干部考評(píng)的全部過(guò)程能夠進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,提高了干部考評(píng)的公正、公開(kāi)性。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and society, the quality of the people is more and more high, and more attention is paid to the political life and environment of the country. The high-speed development of national economy and society is inseparable from the efficient management and planning of cadres. In order to strengthen the construction of cadres in Linyi City, the Party Organization Department attaches more and more importance to the evaluation of cadres. Therefore, in order to manage the cadre evaluation, Linyi City Organization Department hopes to build a cadre appraisal management system. In the process of development, Linyi Organization Department cadre evaluation management system adopts C # language WinForm and C / S architecture. The technical framework of the system is divided into three layers: interface presentation layer, logical service layer and data access layer. There are paging controls, layout controls and chart controls in the interface presentation layer. The user accesses the system through interface operation and control, and then the user's operation control access is transferred to the logical service layer by the interface presentation layer according to the corresponding business. In the logical service layer, there are main functions of the system, including the management service of examination table, the service of data calculation, the service of statistical service of examination result and the service of management of examination system. The logical service layer passes services corresponding to user operation control to the data access layer. In the data access layer, the user's operation control request is responded by matching the data information in the database. The functions of Linyi Organization Department cadre evaluation and management system include management function of examination table, calculation function of examination data, statistic function of examination result and management function of examination system. Among them, the function of management of examination table includes new check table, delete check table, copy check table and sort check table. The functions of data management include high scan data acquisition, machine read card data collection, network data acquisition and manual data acquisition. The functions of checking data computing include data validation, data calculation and exception data definition. The functions of the statistical function include team appraisal analysis and cadre evaluation analysis. The management function of the examination system includes index management, subject management and object management. The management system of cadre evaluation in Linyi Organization Department has improved the transparency of cadre evaluation and made the people supervise the whole process of cadre evaluation and improve the fairness and openness of cadre evaluation.
