【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是新時期國家重點(diǎn)區(qū)域規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)略之一。有效抓住京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的機(jī)遇是河北省促進(jìn)本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要途徑。在此背景下研究河北省制造業(yè)選擇的影響以及承接京津制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對策具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先概述了新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)理論,并簡述了空間計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析等實(shí)證研究方法,為后文研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,從產(chǎn)品和產(chǎn)業(yè)角度分析河北省制造業(yè)選擇現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為目前河北省的制造業(yè)選擇以資本密集型制造業(yè)為主。而后利用偏離份額分析法和技術(shù)選擇指數(shù)分析當(dāng)前河北省制造業(yè)選擇存在的問題,得出河北省制造業(yè)對勞動力的吸納能力較差,其制造業(yè)選擇與自身勞動力資源豐富的比較優(yōu)勢背離較大結(jié)論。在此結(jié)論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)工資方程研究當(dāng)前制造業(yè)選擇對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,結(jié)果表明河北省背離自身比較優(yōu)勢的制造業(yè)選擇抑制了河北省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級和工資水平的提高,同時造成河北省難以根治的大氣污染問題;最后,分析了京津制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢及其對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來的機(jī)遇,并為河北省有效承接京津制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,促進(jìn)本地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy is one of the national key regional planning strategies in the new period. It is an important way to promote the development of local economy in Hebei province. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of manufacturing choice in Hebei Province and the countermeasures to undertake the transfer of Beijing and Tianjin manufacturing industries. In this paper, the theories of new structural economics and new economic geography are summarized, and some empirical research methods, such as spatial econometrics and panel data regression analysis, are briefly described in this paper, which will lay a theoretical foundation for the later studies. Secondly, from the point of view of product and industry, the author analyzes the present situation of manufacturing choice in Hebei Province, and thinks that the choice of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is mainly capital-intensive manufacturing. Then using the method of deviation share analysis and technology choice index to analyze the problems existing in the choice of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, it is concluded that the ability of the manufacturing industry to absorb labor force in Hebei Province is poor. The choice of manufacturing industry deviates from the conclusion of its comparative advantage of abundant labor resources. On the basis of this conclusion, combined with the theory of new structural economics and the wage equation of new economic geography, this paper studies the influence of current manufacturing choice on the economic development of Hebei Province. The results show that the choice of manufacturing industry, which deviates from its comparative advantage, inhibits the upgrading of industrial structure and the increase of wages in Hebei Province, and at the same time causes the air pollution problem which is difficult to cure in Hebei Province. Finally, This paper analyzes the trend of the transfer of manufacturing industry from Beijing to Tianjin and the opportunities it brings to the economic development of Hebei Province, and puts forward some policy suggestions for Hebei Province to undertake the transfer of manufacturing industry from Beijing to Tianjin effectively and to promote the development of local economy.
