【摘要】：在當(dāng)今的時(shí)代,全球都進(jìn)入了信息化的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,市場(chǎng)格局的變化速度相對(duì)于以前也有了爆炸式的增長,當(dāng)前企業(yè)也面臨著越來越大的市場(chǎng)競爭的壓力,先進(jìn)的信息化手段也越來越在企業(yè)當(dāng)中普及。制造業(yè)為主的企業(yè)如果堅(jiān)持使用傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品制造流程,則會(huì)大大削弱企業(yè)競爭力,如果使用先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù)手段,則可以在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的開發(fā)時(shí)間,生產(chǎn)流程的優(yōu)化,成本控制等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行提升。優(yōu)秀的信息化管理手段,無論是對(duì)流程式還是離散式的制造企業(yè),抑或是單件小批量生產(chǎn)或重復(fù)大量生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的管理上,都將起到提升效率、服務(wù)、智能等方方面面的作用。針對(duì)這些方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),基于本企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)了一個(gè)制造業(yè)PDM(Production Data Management)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。PDM系統(tǒng)是基于分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術(shù),開發(fā)出來的一個(gè)信息平臺(tái)。對(duì)操作人員、操作流程、儀表設(shè)備、產(chǎn)品參數(shù)、產(chǎn)品性能記錄等等方面進(jìn)行管理,通過對(duì)產(chǎn)品的性能數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并對(duì)生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行控制,以實(shí)現(xiàn)制造企業(yè)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)控、追蹤、記錄和管理。嚴(yán)格控制生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的所有流程的同時(shí),提高產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率,最終達(dá)到提高企業(yè)收益的最終目標(biāo)。當(dāng)前企業(yè)實(shí)際采用的是手工錄入及部分系統(tǒng)收集數(shù)據(jù)的方式,并且由于企業(yè)建有多處工廠,數(shù)據(jù)并不能進(jìn)行共享,如需查詢需要手動(dòng)進(jìn)行操作,因此設(shè)計(jì)了本PDM系統(tǒng),主要集中于系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、各部門模塊設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表功能、實(shí)時(shí)流程管控、ERP集成接口、多領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)同步等主要環(huán)節(jié)的難點(diǎn)攻克,從而解決整個(gè)產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)周期長、數(shù)據(jù)多、難度大、環(huán)節(jié)流程復(fù)雜等因素進(jìn)行信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。

Aiming at these advantages, a PDM (production data Management) product data management system, which is based on distributed network and database management technology, is developed based on the actual design of the enterprise. Manage the operator, operation process, instrument equipment, product parameters, product performance record, etc., through the statistical analysis of the product performance data, and control the production process, To achieve manufacturing enterprise product data monitoring, tracking, recording and management. At present, enterprises actually use manual input and part of the system to collect data, and because the enterprise has many factories, data can not be shared, if the query needs manual operation, the PDM system is designed. It mainly focuses on the system architecture design, department module design, data analysis module, statistical report function, real-time process management and control ERP integrated interface, multi-domain data synchronization and other key difficulties. In order to solve the whole product data management system for long period, more data, difficult, complex links and other factors for the design and implementation of information standardization.
