內(nèi)蒙電力公司防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與效果分析

【摘要】:電力行業(yè)作為我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、保證民生關(guān)系密切。面對當前經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展、電力市場改革加速推進的形勢,要求供電企業(yè)必須提高其整體參與市場的競爭力,保證企業(yè)不斷向前發(fā)展的活力和動力。在供電企業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,影響正常供用電秩序的一大問題就是竊電問題。竊電問題不僅僅影響電力企業(yè)自身的利益,還嚴重影響到了國家的經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和發(fā)展、社會的穩(wěn)定團結(jié)等等。要想解決竊電問題,供電公司就需要提高反竊電技術(shù)水平并堵死竊電漏洞。因而,對于供電企業(yè)來說,能夠開發(fā)防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),同時對該系統(tǒng)不斷進行維護升級,將更加有效的提高供用電質(zhì)量,防范竊電行為,降低公司運行成本,從而使供用電管理變得更加有效。文章通過查閱大量文獻,在了解國內(nèi)外反竊電技術(shù)、電能計量原理等一系列相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)和設(shè)計了內(nèi)蒙古電力公司防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),通過實施后的數(shù)據(jù)和重點案例結(jié)合構(gòu)建的評價指標體系和評價模型對該防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)進行了評價,并得出客觀可靠的結(jié)論。文章首先從電能計量、竊電手法等方面對相關(guān)理論進行介紹,從而為后續(xù)的研究奠定一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,文章依據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)手段,設(shè)計出一套針對內(nèi)蒙古電力公司防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理的系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)開發(fā)具體包括技術(shù)路線、工作原理、技術(shù)關(guān)鍵、實施方案、硬件設(shè)備等方面。然后,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用情況數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建出針對該系統(tǒng)的評價指標體系,從管理效益、經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益三個具體方面以及整個系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用層面進行了評價,并得出一定評價結(jié)果。最后,對文章在內(nèi)蒙古電力公司防竊電遠程監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)方面的研究進行了總結(jié),指出了因為客觀條件等的限制,導(dǎo)致的研究不足,并對未來工作和研究方向進行了展望。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our country, electric power industry is closely related to economic development and ensuring people's livelihood. In the face of the current steady and rapid economic development and the accelerating reform of the electricity market, the power supply enterprises must improve their competitiveness to participate in the market as a whole, so as to ensure the vitality and driving force of the continuous development of the enterprises. In the development of power supply enterprises, the problem of stealing electricity is one of the major problems affecting the normal order of power supply. The problem of electricity theft not only affects the interests of electric power enterprises, but also seriously affects the national economic construction and development, social stability and unity, and so on. To solve the problem of electricity theft, power supply companies need to improve the anti-stealing technology and plug the power theft loopholes. Therefore, for the power supply enterprises, to develop the remote monitoring and management system of anti-stealing electricity, and to continuously maintain and upgrade the system, will more effectively improve the quality of power supply, prevent the behavior of electricity theft, and reduce the operating cost of the company. Thus, the management of power supply and power supply becomes more effective. By consulting a large number of documents, this paper develops and designs the remote monitoring and management system of anti-stealing electricity in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company on the basis of a series of related theories such as anti-electricity stealing technology, electric energy measurement principle and so on at home and abroad. The evaluation index system and evaluation model of the remote monitoring and management system are evaluated through the data after implementation and the key cases, and an objective and reliable conclusion is drawn. This paper first introduces the related theories from the aspects of electric energy metering and stealing methods, so as to lay a certain theoretical foundation for further research. Secondly, according to the relevant technical means, the paper designs a set of remote monitoring and management system for anti-theft of electricity in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company. The system development includes technical route, working principle, technical key, implementation scheme, etc. Then, according to the application data of the system, the evaluation index system is constructed, which is evaluated from three aspects of management benefit, economic benefit and social benefit, as well as the whole system application level, and some evaluation results are obtained. Finally, the paper summarizes the research on remote monitoring and management system of anti-theft of electricity in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company, points out that the research is insufficient due to the limitation of objective conditions, and looks forward to the future work and research direction.
