【摘要】：我國地鐵項目建設(shè)在取得快速發(fā)展的同時,也面臨著嚴重的可持續(xù)性問題�？沙掷m(xù)性評價模型作為檢驗與提高地鐵項目可持續(xù)性的科學(xué)工具,已經(jīng)引起了學(xué)者的重視。利益相關(guān)者是地鐵項目可持續(xù)建設(shè)活動的實施主體,將其作為地鐵項目可持續(xù)性評價主體,可以有效地解決目前可持續(xù)性評價模型中對評價主體差異化需求研究不足的問題。本文利用文獻分析、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查以及統(tǒng)計分析等方法,首先識別出地鐵項目11個利益相關(guān)者,以“主動性、影響力和收益性”為特征維度、以全生命周期不同階段為時間維度分析了不同利益相關(guān)者的重要性差異,并根據(jù)實證分析結(jié)果將地鐵項目利益相關(guān)者劃分為確定型、預(yù)期型和潛在型三類;然后,從經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、社會和技術(shù)四個方面識別了15個地鐵項目可持續(xù)性影響因素,并對不同類型利益相關(guān)者對地鐵項目可持續(xù)性影響因素的關(guān)注點以及利益相關(guān)者兩兩之間對可持續(xù)性影響因素重視程度的差異性進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,不同利益相關(guān)者對于地鐵項目可持續(xù)性需求的種類和程度不同。最后,本文從利益相關(guān)者滿意度的視角出發(fā),構(gòu)建了以地鐵項目三類利益相關(guān)者為評價主體,以地鐵項目可持續(xù)性影響因素為評價準則,以實證分析中利益相關(guān)者的重要性指數(shù)計算評價權(quán)重,以各影響因素的模糊熵權(quán)作為指標權(quán)重的地鐵項目可持續(xù)性綜合評價模型,并利用算例驗證了該模型的可行性。本文將利益相關(guān)者理論引入地鐵項目的可持續(xù)性評價研究中,以利益相關(guān)者滿意度為出發(fā)點,分析了不同利益相關(guān)者對地鐵項目可持續(xù)性的需求差異,構(gòu)建了一套實際可操作的地鐵項目可持續(xù)性評價模型,為推動地鐵項目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了途徑和思路。
[Abstract]:The construction of subway project in our country has made rapid development, but also faces serious sustainability problem. As a scientific tool to test and improve the sustainability of subway projects, sustainability evaluation model has attracted the attention of scholars. The stakeholders are the main body of the sustainable construction activities of the subway project. As the main body of the sustainability evaluation of the subway project, it can effectively solve the problem of insufficient research on the differentiated needs of the evaluation subjects in the current sustainability evaluation model. Based on the methods of literature analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper first identifies 11 stakeholders of subway project, which are characterized by "initiative, influence and profitability". Taking different stages of the whole life cycle as the time dimension, this paper analyzes the importance differences of different stakeholders, and according to the results of empirical analysis, classifies the stakeholders of subway project into three types: definite type, expected type and potential type. Environmental, social and technological aspects identified 15 factors affecting the sustainability of subway projects, It also analyzes the focus of different types of stakeholders on the factors affecting the sustainability of subway projects and the differences in the importance of sustainability factors between the two stakeholders. The results show that different stakeholders have different types and degrees of sustainable needs for metro projects. Finally, from the perspective of stakeholder satisfaction, this paper constructs three types of stakeholders as the evaluation subject, and the subway project sustainability factors as the evaluation criteria. The evaluation weight is calculated by the importance index of the stakeholders in the empirical analysis and the comprehensive evaluation model of the subway project sustainability with the fuzzy entropy weight of the influencing factors as the index weight. The feasibility of the model is verified by an example. In this paper, the stakeholder theory is introduced into the sustainability evaluation of subway project. Based on the satisfaction of the stakeholders, this paper analyzes the different needs of different stakeholders for the sustainability of the subway project. A set of practical sustainable evaluation model of subway project is constructed, which provides a way and train of thought for promoting the sustainable development of subway project.
