【摘要】：本論文通過對既有老舊小區(qū)熱計量節(jié)能改造效果的研究,確定對供熱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行熱計量節(jié)能改造是提高我國能源利用率最有效的辦法。它可以提高用熱人的節(jié)能積極性以及供熱企業(yè)的熱費(fèi)收繳率,并依靠技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來提高整個集中供熱系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,努力降低供熱能耗。首先,本論文對北京市老舊小區(qū)熱計量節(jié)能改造項目的原則與內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究與分析,確定適合該熱力站熱計量改造的方法。其次,通過測試及數(shù)據(jù)分析,研究熱計量節(jié)能改造對供熱系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響,以及對熱用戶主觀節(jié)能意識的改變效果。最后,通過改造前后供熱系統(tǒng)能耗的變化、供熱企業(yè)運(yùn)營方式的變化、熱用戶的用熱習(xí)慣的變化進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,結(jié)果表明達(dá)到了較好的節(jié)能效果和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the research on the effect of energy saving transformation of existing old residential areas, this paper determines that the most effective way to improve the energy efficiency of our country is to reform the heat metering and energy saving of the heating system. It can improve the enthusiasm of heat users and the heat collection rate of heating enterprises, and rely on technological progress and technological innovation to improve the sustainable development of the whole central heating system, and strive to reduce the energy consumption of heating. Firstly, this paper studies and analyzes the principle and content of the energy saving project of heat metering in the old residential district of Beijing, and determines the method suitable for the thermal metering transformation of the thermal station. Secondly, through testing and data analysis, this paper studies the influence of heat metering and energy saving transformation on the stability and economy of heating system, as well as the effect of changing the subjective energy saving consciousness of heat users. Finally, the change of energy consumption of heating system, the change of operation mode of heating enterprises and the change of heat use habits of heat users before and after transformation are analyzed in detail. The results show that the energy saving effect and social economic benefit are better.
