北宋食療方特點(diǎn)的研究

【摘要】:目的:社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步促使人們?cè)跍仫柕幕A(chǔ)上追求更高水平的生活質(zhì)量,F(xiàn)代社會(huì)中過快的生活節(jié)奏帶來的各種弊端令人們意識(shí)到養(yǎng)生的重要性。飲食作為生活中最重要的一部分,成為人們養(yǎng)生的切入點(diǎn),越來越受到人們的重視。本文試從北宋官修方書及養(yǎng)生醫(yī)書中記載的食療方入手,分析其中的食材特點(diǎn)與食療方運(yùn)用規(guī)律,從中總結(jié)出北宋食療方的運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),以對(duì)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)食療做參考。方法:以《中醫(yī)食療方全錄》中收錄的食療方作為線索,結(jié)合書同文古籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)庫收錄的宋代著作,從中追溯記載食療的北宋文獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)各書中所載食療方的情況,最終選取《太平圣惠方》、《圣濟(jì)總錄》兩大官修方書及養(yǎng)生類專著《養(yǎng)老奉親書》作為主要研究對(duì)象,選取《證類本草》、《保生要錄》和《和劑局方》作為次要研究對(duì)象。根據(jù)食療方的納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將各書中的食療方通過Excel表分別建立食療方信息數(shù)據(jù)庫。綜合運(yùn)用頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、極值分析等方法,依次對(duì)《太平圣惠方》、《圣濟(jì)總錄》、《養(yǎng)老奉親書》中所記載的食療方按照內(nèi)、外、婦、兒、五官分科進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),對(duì)食療方在內(nèi)、外、婦、兒、五官科各科的使用數(shù)量,所采用的食材及食材使用頻次、所運(yùn)用的劑型種類以及食療方的搭配組合方式分別進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)《證類本草》、《保生要錄》及《和劑局方》中的食療方進(jìn)行食材頻次分析,劑型分析以及組方搭配分析。結(jié)果:《太平圣惠方》共載錄食療方318首,涵蓋內(nèi)、外、婦、兒、五官和養(yǎng)生保健科;《圣濟(jì)總錄》共載錄食療方302首,涵蓋內(nèi)、外、婦、兒和五官科;《養(yǎng)老奉親書》載錄食療方162首,涵蓋內(nèi)、外、五官三科;《證類本草》、《保生要錄》和《和劑局方》共載錄34首食療方。各科食療方中以內(nèi)科食療方最多,且食療方涵蓋了心系、肺系、脾胃系、肝膽系、腎系、氣血津液、肢體經(jīng)絡(luò)各系,其中以治療中風(fēng)、虛勞和消渴的食療方最多;外科食療方以五痔的治療為主;婦科食療方以治療婦人胎前產(chǎn)后的疾病為主;兒科食療方以補(bǔ)益虛損為主;五官科食療方以治療目病、耳病為主。在食材的選擇上,共出現(xiàn)了106種食材,其中以粳米、白面、豆豉、蔥、雞肉、羊肉的選擇居多。在食材品種上,以糧食類食材居多,其次是畜禽肉類和蔬菜類。在食療方的劑型方面,一共出現(xiàn)了33種食療方劑型,既有粥、羹、飲等常用劑型,又有佦、檸飩、棋子等特色劑型。食療方組合方式中,包含了純素食類、純?nèi)澥愁?葷素搭配類,以及食材與補(bǔ)益藥組合,食材與溫里藥組合,食材與清熱藥組合,食材與化痰利濕藥組合,食材與活血化瘀藥組合8種類型。其中食材與食材間的搭配較為均衡,注重營(yíng)養(yǎng)均衡且飲食清淡,食材與藥材的搭配中以食材與補(bǔ)益藥和食材與化痰利濕藥的搭配最為常見。結(jié)論:1.食材品種豐富,樣式多樣;主食粳米、白面,豆豉的應(yīng)用較為廣泛。2.粥劑、羹劑、湯劑等流質(zhì)或半流質(zhì)食物的廣泛使用,有助于營(yíng)養(yǎng)的全面吸收。3.食物飲食清淡,兼補(bǔ)益;食藥飲食中多選擇補(bǔ)益藥和化痰滲濕藥。4.食療方精簡(jiǎn)且有效,可選取其中代表方劑輔助治療現(xiàn)代常見疾病。
[Abstract]:Objective: the progress of social economy encourages people to pursue higher quality of life on the basis of food and clothing. The various drawbacks brought by the fast pace of life in modern society make people realize the importance of health keeping. Diet, as the most important part of life, has become an entry point for people to keep health, and more and more people pay attention to it. This paper, starting with the prescription book of the Northern Song Dynasty and the diet prescription recorded in the health care book, analyzes the characteristics of the food material and the application of the diet prescription, and summarizes the experience of the dietetic prescription in the Northern Song Dynasty, in order to make reference to the modern social dietotherapy. The books of the Song dynasty recorded in the Song Dynasty are traced to the literature of the Northern Song Dynasty, which records diet therapy. According to the situation of the diet prescription contained in the books, the final selection of "Tai Ping Shenghui Fang >", "San Francis" two official revision books and health care monograph "old-age family book >" as the main research object, choose < < certificate of Materia Medica > < Bao Sheng Yao > and < and agent Bureau > as a secondary study. According to the exclusion criteria of the diet prescription, the diet prescription in each book was set up through the Excel table to establish the information database of the diet prescription respectively. The number of use of the family, the outside, the outside, the women, the children and the Department of the five branches, the frequency of the use of food and food, the types of dosage forms and the combination of the diet prescription were statistically analyzed. Combined analysis. Results: "Taiping Saint Hui Fang > a total of 318 dietotherapy prescriptions, covering internal, external, women, children, five senses and health care department; < St. Francis > General record > total diet prescription 302, covering internal, external, women, and five senses department; < old-age family book > 162 food treatments, covering internal and external, five organs and three families; < certificate of Materia Medica >, < Bao Sheng Yao > and < and agent Bureau > altogether > 34 dietetic treatments were recorded in the dietotherapy prescription, which was the most common diet prescription in each department of dietotherapy, and the diet prescription covered the heart, lung, spleen and stomach, liver and gallbladder, kidney, Qi and blood, body and collaterals, the most of the diet treatment for stroke, deficiency and thirst; the surgical recipe was the treatment of five hemorrhoids, and the gynecologic dietotherapy was used to treat the post partum disease of women. The disease is the main disease; paediatric diet prescription is mainly supplementing deficiency; the food treatment prescription of the five government department is mainly to treat the eye disease and ear disease. In the selection of food materials, there are 106 kinds of ingredients. Among them, the choice of Japonica rice, white flour, fermented bean, onion, chicken and mutton is most. In the dosage form, there are 33 kinds of dietotherapy prescriptions, such as congee, soup, drink and other common dosage forms, as well as some special forms. In the combination of diet, it includes pure vegetarian food, pure meat, meat and vegetable combination, combination of food and tonifying medicine, combination of food and warm medicine, combination of material and antipyretic medicine, food and phlegm and dampness. Combination of medicine, material and blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine combination of 8 types. Among them, the collocation between the ingredients and the material is more balanced, paying attention to the balanced nutrition and the light diet. The collocation of the material and the tonifying medicine and the material and the phlegm and the dampness medicine are the most common in the combination of the material and the medicinal materials. Conclusion: the 1. ingredients are rich and varied in style; the main food is japonica rice, white flour and fermented bean. The extensive use of.2. porridge, soup agent, soup and other fluid or semi liquid food can help the comprehensive absorption of the nutrition of the.3. food diet light, and the benefit; the food diet of multiple choice tonics and phlegm and dampness medicine.4. diet prescription is simple and effective, can select the substitute table prescription to assist the treatment of modern common diseases.
