警務(wù)民生資訊服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:由于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,公共活動(dòng)日益繁榮,公安部門日常工作業(yè)務(wù)量也就隨之水漲船高,關(guān)于公共安全各方面的資訊發(fā)布要求也在不斷提高。而與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的是,傳統(tǒng)的日常業(yè)務(wù)管理模式周期偏慢,存在較多繁瑣的步驟。與此同時(shí),各網(wǎng)點(diǎn)辦理各種業(yè)務(wù)的壓力逐步增大,對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)辦理模式造成了嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。因此,基于提高公安部門日常管理業(yè)務(wù)需求的考慮,開發(fā)新型的警務(wù)民生資訊服務(wù)系統(tǒng)提上日程。根據(jù)公安部門日常管理工作的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)以及類似系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作采用了Oracle11g、SSH框架等常用的技術(shù)手段。關(guān)于SSH框架,是對(duì)Hibernate、Struts、Spring三種輕量級(jí)框架的整合。三種框架分別負(fù)責(zé)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)、前臺(tái)頁面以及業(yè)務(wù)邏輯等層面,簡化了開發(fā)的操作,優(yōu)化了代碼風(fēng)格,提高了用戶體驗(yàn)度。系統(tǒng)在技術(shù)運(yùn)行上的創(chuàng)新是大量使用了Struts提供的標(biāo)簽庫。而系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)層面采用B/S架構(gòu),該架構(gòu)提供了瀏覽器直接訪問服務(wù)器的交互模式,提高了系統(tǒng)對(duì)于使用環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性,已經(jīng)是時(shí)下各大管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)時(shí)架構(gòu)的首選。警務(wù)民生資訊服務(wù)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)用戶的業(yè)務(wù)需求,包含了民情民意調(diào)查、警務(wù)工作回訪、民生資訊管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、系統(tǒng)管理五個(gè)主要功能。其中在民情民意調(diào)查功能中主要包括調(diào)查管理、號(hào)碼段管理、短信調(diào)查幾個(gè)主要的子功能;在警務(wù)工作回訪中包括了警務(wù)工作回訪、自動(dòng)語音回訪、人工語音回訪等分支功能;民生資訊管理功能中主要包括了民生警務(wù)受理熱線、便民利民服務(wù)、警務(wù)資訊發(fā)布各分支功能;數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能中可以對(duì)民情民意調(diào)查、警務(wù)工作回訪等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;系統(tǒng)管理功能主要包括對(duì)用戶部門的管理以及系統(tǒng)管理。系統(tǒng)在功能上的特色之處是設(shè)置人工語音回訪。警務(wù)民生資訊服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在研發(fā)時(shí)與客戶單位進(jìn)行了充分溝通與交流,在此基礎(chǔ)之上確定了各大主要模塊。系統(tǒng)在上線實(shí)施后實(shí)現(xiàn)了警民互動(dòng),對(duì)于公安部門隨時(shí)隨地及時(shí)了解民意提供了技術(shù)層面的支持;同時(shí)提高了公安部門日常管理工作的規(guī)范度,以及居民在各部門網(wǎng)點(diǎn)辦理業(yè)務(wù)的效率,增強(qiáng)了和群眾之間的溝通,提高了警務(wù)資訊發(fā)布的透明度與及時(shí)性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy and the prosperity of public activities, the daily work volume of public security departments is also rising, and the requirements of information release on various aspects of public security are also increasing. In contrast, the traditional daily business management mode has a slow cycle and many tedious steps. At the same time, the pressure of each network to deal with all kinds of business is gradually increasing, causing a severe test to the traditional business management mode. Therefore, based on the consideration of improving the daily management business requirements of public security departments, the development of a new policing information service system for people's livelihood is put on the agenda. According to the business characteristics of the daily management work of the public security department and the development experience of the similar system, the research and development of the system adopts the Oracle11g SSH framework and other commonly used technical means. About SSH framework, it is the integration of three lightweight frameworks of hibernate and Struts Spring. The three frameworks are responsible for background data, front page and business logic respectively, which simplifies the development operation, optimizes the code style and improves the user experience. The innovation of the system in technology operation is the extensive use of tag library provided by Struts. The system architecture adopts the B / S architecture, which provides the browser direct access to the server, improves the adaptability of the system to the use of the environment, and is the first choice of the current management system development architecture. According to the business needs of users, the system includes five main functions: public opinion survey, police work return visit, people's livelihood information management, data statistics and analysis, and system management. Among them, the functions of public opinion survey mainly include investigation management, number section management, short message survey, police work return visit, automatic voice return visit, artificial voice return visit and so on. The main functions of people's livelihood information management include the reception hotline of people's livelihood, the convenience of the people and the service of the people, the function of issuing police information, the function of data statistics and analysis, and the statistical analysis of public opinion survey, police work return visit and so on. The system management function mainly includes the management of the user department and the system management. The function of the system is to set up artificial voice return visit. The information service system of police people's livelihood has communicated and exchanged fully with the customer units during the research and development, on the basis of which, the main modules have been determined. After the implementation of the system, the police and the public can interact with each other, providing technical support for the public security departments to understand the public opinion at any time, anywhere and in time; at the same time, it improves the standard degree of the daily management work of the public security departments. As well as the residents in the department network business efficiency, enhance the communication with the masses, improve the transparency and timeliness of police information release.
