基于圖像處理技術的棉纖維長度測量及其分布研究

【摘要】:棉纖維長度指標是棉花質(zhì)量重要的評價指標之一,對紡紗工藝設計和紗線質(zhì)量有顯著影響。棉花是重要的經(jīng)濟農(nóng)作物,棉纖維檢測技術提高有利于改善棉花品種和調(diào)整種植結(jié)構(gòu),增加棉農(nóng)收入。由于目前測量方法存在測試速度慢、測試原理不明、測試結(jié)果不準等弊端。因此,本文在總結(jié)當前棉纖維長度測量的現(xiàn)狀,分析當前研究工作的不足的基礎上,提出基于圖像處理技術的棉纖維長度測量方法,進一步深入研究棉纖維長度及分布的測試與分析。論文制定了課題研究的總體設計方案,主要包括棉纖維的制樣、圖像的采集和處理及實驗驗證、棉纖維長度分布與長度指標的測量、與其他測試系統(tǒng)結(jié)果的對比分析、最佳取樣量的研究分析。論文完成的主要工作如下:(1)采用微量點取樣法進行取樣,人工將棉纖維逐根排列在黑色卡紙上進行纖維分離,使用掃描儀采集棉纖維圖像。對圖像進行圖像轉(zhuǎn)換、增強處理、二值化處理以及形態(tài)學處理,得到符合特征提取的圖像。通過逐根對棉纖維圖像的像素進行統(tǒng)計和換算,得到棉纖維長度。采用30mm切段滌綸長絲和新疆生產(chǎn)的細絨棉驗證了本課題基于圖像處理技術的棉纖維長度測量方法的可行性。(2)采用論文方法測得棉纖維長度原始數(shù)據(jù)進行整理得到的平均長度、上半部平均長度要比Y111、KX730、HVI、AFIS的結(jié)果長1~2mm;棉纖維長度整齊性結(jié)果與Y111較為接近,比HVI、KX730要差,比AFIS要好;棉纖維短絨率測試結(jié)果與Y111測試結(jié)果十分接近,分別為5.91%和5.80%,與其他測試方法相差較大,尤其是與AFIS的根數(shù)短絨率相差高達7.44%。這里最主要的原因應該是本課題測量的棉纖維未經(jīng)梳理,幾乎沒有損傷。(3)針對兩種利用圖像處理技術測量的棉纖維長度數(shù)據(jù),分別隨機抽取N根纖維長度數(shù)據(jù)。利用相關系數(shù)、殘差平方和、面積吻合度三個指標,評價N根纖維長度分布曲線與總體分布曲線吻合程度。通過分析兩種棉纖維的指標數(shù)據(jù)折線圖,得到本課題測量方法的最佳取樣量范圍為3000根~3500根。(4)采用MATLAB軟件進行基于圖像處理技術的棉纖維長度測量方法軟件開發(fā)與設計,軟件可方便快捷地測量棉纖維長度和清晰直觀地呈現(xiàn)測量結(jié)果。利用細度為1.71dtex的細絨棉驗證了軟件的可行性,求得該細絨棉的長度分布與長度指標,和長度分布曲線吻合度評價指標結(jié)果。本文基于圖像處理技術的棉纖維長度測量方法能夠準確測量棉纖維長度,得到棉纖維長度分布和長度指標。在棉纖維長度測量研究中本課題研究結(jié)果具有一定的參考價值,為今后棉纖維長度快速測量奠定一定的基礎。
[Abstract]:Cotton fiber length index is one of the important evaluation indexes of cotton quality, which has significant influence on spinning process design and yarn quality. Cotton is an important economic crop. The improvement of cotton fiber detection technology is helpful to improve cotton varieties, adjust the planting structure and increase the income of cotton farmers. The current measurement method has some disadvantages, such as slow test speed, unclear testing principle and inaccurate test results. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing the current situation of cotton fiber length measurement and analyzing the deficiency of current research work, this paper puts forward a method of cotton fiber length measurement based on image processing technology. The measurement and analysis of cotton fiber length and distribution were further studied. The overall design scheme of the research is made, including the sample preparation of cotton fiber, the collection and processing of image and the experimental verification, the measurement of the length distribution and length index of cotton fiber, and the comparison and analysis with the results of other test systems. Research and analysis of optimum sampling amount. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) sampling with micro-point sampling method, the cotton fiber is arranged one by one on black paper to separate the fiber, and the scanner is used to collect the image of cotton fiber. The image is transformed, enhanced, binary and morphologically processed, and the feature extraction image is obtained. The length of cotton fiber is obtained by counting and converting the pixels of cotton fiber image one by one. The feasibility of the method of cotton fiber length measurement based on image processing technology was verified by using 30mm cut polyester filament and fine velvet cotton produced in Xinjiang.) the average length of cotton fiber length was obtained by using the method of paper to measure the raw data of cotton fiber length. The average length of the upper half is 1mm longer than that of Y111KX730 HVIAFIS, and the neatness of cotton fiber length is close to Y111, worse than that of HVIKX730 and better than that of AFIS, and the test results of cotton staple ratio are very close to those of Y111. It was 5.91% and 5.80% respectively, which was different from other test methods, especially with AFIS. The main reason should be that the cotton fiber measured in this paper is not combed and has almost no damage. Aiming at two kinds of cotton fiber length data measured by image processing technology, N fiber length data are randomly selected. The correlation coefficient, the sum of squared residuals and the area coincidence degree were used to evaluate the consistency between the N fiber length distribution curve and the total fiber distribution curve. By analyzing the curve diagram of the index data of two kinds of cotton fibers, the best sampling range of the method is 3000. The software of cotton fiber length measurement based on image processing technology is developed and designed by MATLAB software. The software can measure the length of cotton fiber and show the result clearly and intuitively. The feasibility of the software is verified by using the fine velvet cotton with fineness of 1.71dtex. The length distribution and the length index of the fine velvet cotton are obtained, and the evaluation results of the consistency of the length distribution curve are obtained. In this paper, the cotton fiber length measurement method based on image processing technology can accurately measure the cotton fiber length, and obtain the cotton fiber length distribution and length index. The results of this paper have certain reference value in the research of cotton fiber length measurement, and lay a certain foundation for the fast measurement of cotton fiber length in the future.
