【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,在日趨激烈的國際競爭中,各國企業(yè)要想在競爭中處于有利地位,就需要加強(qiáng)各自的核心競爭力。如何增強(qiáng)自身的核心競爭力,增加研發(fā)投入、進(jìn)行自主研發(fā)成為企業(yè)長期戰(zhàn)略的首選。然而由于研發(fā)成本高,耗時(shí)長,很多發(fā)展中國家和地區(qū)選擇對外直接投資,即通過對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出吸收引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為了提高中國企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力,19世紀(jì)90年代中國政府提出"走出去"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,鼓勵(lì)中國企業(yè)走出國門,投資國外,江蘇省政府也積極響應(yīng),鼓勵(lì)江蘇省企業(yè)開展對外直接投資�；趯ν庵苯油顿Y逆向技術(shù)溢出相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀和研究,本文主要實(shí)證分析江蘇省對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出各因素對逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的具體影響,是否促進(jìn)整體技術(shù)水平進(jìn)步。首先本文對整個(gè)研究背景、研究意義、研究的內(nèi)容和方法等做了簡單介紹;接著梳理了關(guān)于對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn);然后對發(fā)達(dá)與發(fā)展中國家對外直接投資理論和對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出機(jī)制進(jìn)行了闡述;再對江蘇省對外直接投資現(xiàn)狀和各影響因素的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了具體的分析;第五部分進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,分別從兩個(gè)方面實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),首先實(shí)證分析的是江蘇省對外直接投資是否存在逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),接著研究了對外直接投資與各影響因素對全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響效果,實(shí)證分析對外直接投資和各因素對江蘇省技術(shù)進(jìn)步是否存在影響;最后一章對全篇進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和提供意見建議。在實(shí)證研究中,首先用1978到2014年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行普通最小二乘法回歸,通過逐步回歸法分析對外直接投資、國外對國內(nèi)的直接投資、出口量和進(jìn)口量對專利授權(quán)量的影響,檢驗(yàn)對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的存在性,結(jié)果顯示存在正效應(yīng),即存在逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)。接著通過查閱江蘇省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒,整理收集江蘇省歷年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值,資本存量和勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量,運(yùn)用柯布道格拉斯函數(shù)計(jì)算全要素生產(chǎn)率,最終檢測對外直接投資,人力資本,研發(fā)投入,市場開放度,國外對國內(nèi)的直接投資這些變量和全要素生產(chǎn)率之間的關(guān)系,分析江蘇省對外直接投資逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的影響因素。結(jié)果顯示對外直接投資可以產(chǎn)生逆向技術(shù)溢出并且促進(jìn)江蘇省當(dāng)?shù)氐募夹g(shù)進(jìn)步。四種方式可以提升江蘇省企業(yè)的技術(shù)吸收能力,加強(qiáng)逆向技術(shù)溢出效果,如提升人力資本的質(zhì)量,加大研發(fā)投入,減少貿(mào)易限制以及吸引更多的國外對國內(nèi)的直接投資。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, in the increasingly fierce international competition, enterprises of all countries want to be in a favorable position in the competition, they need to strengthen their core competitiveness. How to enhance their core competitiveness, increase R & D investment, independent R & D has become the first choice of long-term strategy. However, due to the high cost of R & D and the long time, many developing countries and regions choose FDI, that is, through FDI reverse technology spillover to absorb the introduction of foreign advanced science and technology and management experience. In order to improve the independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises, in the 1890s, the Chinese government put forward the "going out" development strategy, encouraging Chinese enterprises to go abroad and invest abroad, and the Jiangsu Provincial Government also responded positively. Enterprises in Jiangsu Province are encouraged to carry out foreign direct investment. Based on the reading and research of the literature on reverse technology spillover of FDI, this paper mainly analyzes the specific influence of the factors of reverse technology spillover on reverse technology spillover in Jiangsu province. Whether or not to promote the overall technical level of progress. First of all, this paper introduces the whole research background, significance, content and methods of the research, and then combs the related literature on reverse technology spillover of FDI. Then the theory of foreign direct investment and reverse technology spillover mechanism of foreign direct investment in developed and developing countries are expounded, and then the current situation of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province and the current situation of various influencing factors are analyzed concretely. The fifth part carries on the empirical analysis, respectively from two aspects empirical test, the first empirical analysis is the existence of reverse technology spillover effect of Jiangsu Province OFDI. Then it studies the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) and its influencing factors on total factor productivity (TFP), and analyzes empirically whether there are any effects on technological progress of Jiangsu Province. The last chapter summarizes the whole article and provides suggestions. In the empirical study, we first use the data from 1978 to 2014 to carry out the ordinary least square regression, and analyze the influence of foreign direct investment, export volume and import amount on the patent licensing through the stepwise regression method. By examining the existence of reverse technology spillover effect of FDI, the result shows that there exists positive effect, that is, reverse technology spillover effect. Then, by consulting the Jiangsu Provincial Statistical Yearbook, we collect the GDP, capital stock and labor force of Jiangsu Province over the years, calculate the total factor productivity by using Cobb Douglas function, and finally detect foreign direct investment and human capital. The relationship between R & D investment, market openness, foreign direct investment at home and total factor productivity is analyzed, and the influencing factors of reverse technology spillover effect in Jiangsu province are analyzed. The results show that OFDI can produce reverse technology spillover and promote local technological progress in Jiangsu Province. The four ways can enhance the technology absorption capacity of Jiangsu enterprises, strengthen the spillover effect of reverse technology, such as improving the quality of human capital, increasing R & D investment, reducing trade restrictions and attracting more foreign direct investment in China.
