體育與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信心及影響因素研究

【摘要】:西方國家優(yōu)秀的運(yùn)動員大多源于高校,高校運(yùn)動隊(duì)的運(yùn)動員是其重要的后備人才,其發(fā)展促進(jìn)著聯(lián)賽和競技體育的發(fā)展。隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,運(yùn)動員的培養(yǎng)從傳統(tǒng)的舉國體制發(fā)展到多元化培養(yǎng)模式,正在不斷探索符合我國國情的新模式!绑w教結(jié)合”讓高校參與到運(yùn)動員的培養(yǎng)中來,大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員的培養(yǎng)受到各個高校的重視。如今已有許多優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員站上了國際舞臺,獲得了更多的認(rèn)可,更為國家爭得了榮譽(yù)。但是大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員整體競技水平還不夠高,運(yùn)動成績還達(dá)不到國家要求。如何提高大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動成績是各高校運(yùn)動代表隊(duì)的運(yùn)動員、教練員以及有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)迫切需要解決的問題。由于運(yùn)動成績受到運(yùn)動員的身體素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練水平、比賽時身體及心理狀態(tài)等多方面的影響。心理狀態(tài)包括注意狀態(tài)、情緒狀態(tài)和自信心等。自信心不僅影響著運(yùn)動動機(jī)而且影響著比賽時的情緒狀態(tài),也是影響比賽成績的重要因素。既往文獻(xiàn)有關(guān)自信方面的研究大多集中于專業(yè)運(yùn)動員的自信心的研究,而對大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員自信心的研究較少。從理論上講,體育專業(yè)與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信心影響因素方面也許存在不同。由于體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生所學(xué)專業(yè)是體育,運(yùn)動表現(xiàn)對他們自信心的影響權(quán)重或許更大,而非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員體育運(yùn)動或許只是業(yè)余愛好,可能他們更看重專業(yè)學(xué)業(yè)成績,體育運(yùn)動帶來的自信可能僅僅是次要因素。目前,有關(guān)體育專業(yè)與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信心的研究較少,本研究希望對這方面作一個探討,以期望了解體育與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信心是否存在差異以及差異的影響因素。本文采用《運(yùn)動自信來源問卷》和《運(yùn)動自信心量表》包括《運(yùn)動特質(zhì)自信量表》、《運(yùn)動狀態(tài)自信量表》作為測量工具,對體育專業(yè)和非體育專業(yè)的大學(xué)生336名,其中男生210名,女生126名。其中體育專業(yè)組119名(男:86名,女:33名),非體育專業(yè)組217名(男:124,女:93名)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動自信心及影響因素調(diào)查,并對他們之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果顯示,體育專業(yè)與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信心即運(yùn)動特質(zhì)自信和運(yùn)動狀態(tài)自信均存在顯著差異,體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動自信心強(qiáng)于非體育專業(yè);在體育與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員運(yùn)動自信影響因素方面除了身體自我呈現(xiàn)和情境優(yōu)勢這兩個維度未發(fā)現(xiàn)差異外,其他各維度均呈現(xiàn)出顯著性差異。此外還發(fā)現(xiàn),不同性別、專業(yè)、訓(xùn)練年限、運(yùn)動等級的大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動自信心差異顯著。結(jié)論:體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員與非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員在運(yùn)動自信心及影響因素上均存在差異。
[Abstract]:Most of the outstanding athletes in western countries come from colleges and universities, and the athletes of college sports teams are their important reserve talents, and their development promotes the development of leagues and competitive sports. With the continuous development of our country's social economy, the training of athletes has developed from the traditional national system to the diversified training mode, and is constantly exploring the new mode which is in line with the national conditions of our country. The combination of physical education and physical education allows colleges and universities to participate in the training of athletes, and the cultivation of college students' athletes is attached great importance to by colleges and universities. Now there are many excellent college athletes on the international stage, more recognition, more national honor. However, the overall competitive level of college athletes is not high enough, sports results are not up to national requirements. How to improve the performance of college athletes is an urgent problem for athletes, coaches and leaders of sports teams in colleges and universities. Sports performance is influenced by athletes' physical quality, psychological quality, technical and tactical training level, physical and psychological state of the competition and so on. Mental state includes attention state, emotional state and self-confidence. Self-confidence not only affects the sports motivation, but also affects the emotional state of the competition, and it is also an important factor affecting the result of the competition. Previous studies on self-confidence mostly focused on professional athletes' self-confidence, but less on college athletes' self-confidence. Theoretically speaking, there may be differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors. Since sports majors are sports majors, sports performance may have a greater impact on their self-confidence, while sports for non-sports college students may be only a hobby, and they may value professional academic achievement more. The self-confidence brought about by sports may be only a secondary factor. At present, there are few researches on sports self-confidence of college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors. In order to find out whether there are differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors and the influencing factors of the differences. In this paper, 336 college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors were investigated by using the "Source inventory of Sports self-confidence" and the "exercise self-confidence scale", including the "Sports trait confidence scale" and the "exercise State self-confidence scale", among which 210 were male students. 126 girls. The sports self-confidence and its influencing factors were investigated among 119 PE majors (86 males, 33 females, 217 non-PE majors), and the correlation between them was analyzed statistically. The results showed that there were significant differences in sports self-confidence between college students majoring in physical education and non-sports majors, that is, sports trait self-confidence and sports state self-confidence. The sports self-confidence of college athletes majoring in physical education was stronger than that of non-sports majors. In sports and non-sports college athletes sports self-confidence factors except the physical self-presentation and situational advantage of the two dimensions there is no significant difference in all other dimensions. It was also found that there were significant differences in sports self-confidence among college athletes of different gender, major, training years and sports grade. Conclusion: there are differences in sports self-confidence and influencing factors between college athletes majoring in physical education and those of non-sports majors.
