知識領地行為、知識共享與個人創(chuàng)新的關系研究

【摘要】:共享經(jīng)濟時代的到來,使各類資源的利用效率大幅提升,而知識作為個人和企業(yè)最獨特的資源,更是需要共享和轉移,以滿足組織不斷發(fā)展壯大的需求,這是群體和個體進步的源泉,更是時代發(fā)展的必然要求。然而,這類知識的共享和轉移并非毫無代價,其與員工內在的領地行為相結合更是產(chǎn)生一種特殊的心理和行為表現(xiàn),即知識領地行為。這種個體知識與領地意識結合所引發(fā)的知識領地行為對于組織內知識的共享與轉移、個人創(chuàng)新能力等方向的研究提供了新的切入點。本研究依據(jù)國內外相關文獻,對知識領地行為的內涵、結構做出梳理,構建出其二維結構(標記行為和防衛(wèi)行為),在此基礎上,結合知識共享和個人創(chuàng)新的研究現(xiàn)狀,對知識領地行為與個人創(chuàng)新的關系進行理論推演,并引入知識共享這一中介變量,構建了一個完整的模型,提出相應假設,對知識領地行為、知識共享與個人創(chuàng)新的作用機制進行探討。本研究采用國內外成熟量表,結合中國文化背景進行預調研分析以檢驗、修訂,得出正式的研究問卷。在收集得來數(shù)據(jù)的基礎上,采用SPSS21.0軟件進行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計分析:首先,根據(jù)信效度分析和探索性因子分析來保障問卷的可靠性和準確性;其次,采用獨立樣本T檢驗、單因素方差分析等法來驗證人口統(tǒng)計學特征變量對各主要變量的影響差異;再次,對知識領地行為、知識共享與個人創(chuàng)新做出雙變量相關分析,同時根據(jù)回歸分析結果證明知識領地行為對知識共享、個人創(chuàng)新具有顯著的異向性影響,知識共享及其各維度對個人創(chuàng)新具有顯著的預測能力,知識共享發(fā)揮著部分中介的作用;最后本研究驗證之前提出的各項假設,據(jù)此為企業(yè)管理實踐的創(chuàng)新提出大膽建議,并分析了本研究的不足,希望能為未來研究提供啟發(fā)。本研究梳理領地行為在組織行為學領域的研究進展,證實了知識領地行為的存在,根據(jù)其二維劃分確立出其對知識共享和創(chuàng)新行為的雙歧性影響,并修訂完善了國外量表,便利了后續(xù)研究的開展。另外,以知識領地行為的新視野來探討個人創(chuàng)新的影響因素,并分析出知識共享在其中發(fā)揮的中介作用,也有利于創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略和實踐的全面展開。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of sharing economy, the utilization efficiency of all kinds of resources has been greatly improved. As the most unique resources of individuals and enterprises, knowledge needs to be shared and transferred to meet the needs of the continuous development and growth of the organization. This is the source of group and individual progress, but also the inevitable requirements of the development of the times. However, the sharing and transfer of this kind of knowledge is not without cost, and the combination of this knowledge with the internal territorial behavior of employees produces a special psychological and behavioral performance, that is, the behavior of knowledge territory. The combination of individual knowledge and territorial consciousness provides a new entry point for the study of knowledge sharing and transfer within an organization and the ability of individual innovation. According to the relevant literature at home and abroad, this study combed the connotation and structure of the behavior of knowledge territory, and constructed its two-dimensional structure (marking behavior and defense behavior). On this basis, the current research situation of knowledge sharing and personal innovation was combined. This paper deduces the relationship between knowledge domain behavior and individual innovation theoretically, and introduces knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable, constructs a complete model, puts forward the corresponding hypothesis, and makes an analysis of the knowledge domain behavior. The mechanism of knowledge sharing and individual innovation is discussed. This study adopts maturity scale at home and abroad, carries on the preliminary investigation and analysis combined with the Chinese cultural background to test, revise, and obtain the formal research questionnaire. On the basis of the collected data, we use SPSS21.0 software to do mathematical statistical analysis: firstly, according to reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the questionnaire; secondly, using independent sample T test, Univariate analysis of variance and other methods to verify the impact of demographic variables on the main variables differences. Thirdly, the behavior of knowledge domain, knowledge sharing and personal innovation were analyzed by bivariate correlation analysis. At the same time, according to the results of regression analysis, it is proved that the behavior of knowledge domain has a significant impact on knowledge sharing and personal innovation, and that knowledge sharing and its dimensions have significant predictive ability to individual innovation. Knowledge sharing plays a part of the intermediary role. Finally, this study verifies the assumptions put forward before, and then puts forward some bold suggestions for the innovation of enterprise management practice, and analyzes the shortcomings of this study, hoping to provide inspiration for future research. This study combed the research progress of domain behavior in the field of organizational behavior, confirmed the existence of knowledge domain behavior, established its bifidus effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior according to its two-dimensional division, and revised and perfected the foreign scale. Facilitate the development of follow-up research. In addition, the paper discusses the influencing factors of individual innovation from a new perspective of knowledge domain behavior, and analyzes the intermediary role of knowledge sharing in it, which is also conducive to the overall development of innovation strategy and practice.
