【摘要】：網(wǎng)球作為歐美等國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,伴隨著世界職業(yè)網(wǎng)球賽巡回賽的開展,目前風(fēng)靡于全球。在近幾屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)上我國(guó)獎(jiǎng)牌總數(shù)排名多次進(jìn)入前三,顯然從獎(jiǎng)牌的數(shù)量上我國(guó)已經(jīng)成為不折不扣的體育大國(guó)。但我國(guó)網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技水平整體偏低,落后于世界平均發(fā)展水平。究其原因,眾多研究認(rèn)為我國(guó)與其他網(wǎng)球強(qiáng)國(guó)差距主要是競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)的差距。首屆青運(yùn)會(huì)的網(wǎng)球比賽,共有14個(gè)省19個(gè)城市100名運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽。我國(guó)高水平青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員大都云集,基本上代表了我國(guó)最高水準(zhǔn)的青少年網(wǎng)球比賽。因此本文以參加首屆青運(yùn)會(huì)網(wǎng)球比賽的運(yùn)動(dòng)員和教練員為調(diào)研對(duì)象,以網(wǎng)球后備人才隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)為研究對(duì)象均具有—定的代表性。筆者借助全國(guó)首屆青運(yùn)會(huì)在福州舉辦的地理優(yōu)勢(shì),采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、邏輯分析法等,對(duì)參加首屆青運(yùn)會(huì)網(wǎng)球比賽的運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行基本情況、訓(xùn)練、比賽、學(xué)習(xí)、管理、選拔方面等問題進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。并參考專家學(xué)者的以往研究,深層次探討目前我國(guó)網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技體育后備人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。得出結(jié)論：現(xiàn)行我國(guó)網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)模式存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面；1、網(wǎng)球受經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展影響大,在我國(guó)發(fā)展既不平衡；2、培養(yǎng)模式上仍以“三級(jí)培養(yǎng)模式”為主,學(xué)校培養(yǎng)模式、俱樂部培養(yǎng)模式、網(wǎng)球?qū)W校培養(yǎng)模式對(duì)于網(wǎng)球后備人才的培養(yǎng)作用甚少；3、訓(xùn)練仍以大強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練為主,訓(xùn)練矛盾突出；4、運(yùn)動(dòng)員常年“多訓(xùn)練、少比賽”,參加比賽少,尤其是國(guó)際比賽：5、國(guó)內(nèi)已有賽制管理體系不完善,問題頻出。最后,在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出解決、發(fā)展我國(guó)網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)的策略、建議。主要從“發(fā)展網(wǎng)球理念”“訓(xùn)練理念”“競(jìng)賽理念”“培養(yǎng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變”“體教結(jié)合發(fā)展新思路”等幾個(gè)方面闡述。
[Abstract]:Tennis, as a traditional advantage of Europe and America, is popular all over the world with the development of world professional tennis tournaments. In the recent Olympic Games, our country has entered the top three in the total number of medals many times, obviously from the number of medals, China has become a big sports country. But our country tennis athletics level is on the low side as a whole, lags behind the world average development level. The reason is that the gap between China and other tennis powers is mainly the gap between competitive tennis reserve talent training. At the first Youth Games, 100 athletes from 19 cities in 14 provinces participated. Most of the high-level young tennis players gather in our country, which basically represents the highest level of youth tennis competition in our country. Therefore, this paper takes the athletes and coaches who participated in the first Youth Games as the research object, and takes the training of the tennis reserve talents as the research object. With the help of the geographical advantages of the first National Youth Games held in Fuzhou, the author used the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistical analysis, logic analysis, etc., to train and train the athletes who participated in the tennis matches of the first Youth Games. Competition, learning, management, selection and other issues for statistical analysis. Referring to the previous research of experts and scholars, this paper probes into the problems existing in the training mode of reserve talents of tennis sports in China at present and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is concluded that the problems in the current training mode of tennis reserve talents are mainly manifested in the following aspects: tennis is greatly affected by economic development, and the development of tennis is not balanced in our country, and the training mode is still "three-level training mode". School training mode, club training mode, tennis school training model have little effect on the training of tennis reserve talents. The training is still based on the large intensity training, the training contradiction is prominent, athletes "more training, less competition" all the year round. Less participation in competition, especially in international competition: 5, domestic competition system management system is not perfect, problems occur frequently. Finally, on the basis of the problems, the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the development of tennis reserve talents training in China. This paper mainly expounds from several aspects, such as "developing tennis idea", "training idea", "competition idea", "training mode transformation", "new idea of combining physical education with education" and so on.
