【摘要】：北京市農村管理信息化建設于2000年開始試點、示范,2005年,北京市委農村工作委員會、北京市農村工作委員會、市發(fā)展和改革委員會、市信息化工作辦公室、市財政局聯(lián)合發(fā)文(京農發(fā)[2005]19號),在全市郊區(qū)全面推進農村管理信息化建設�！侗本┦修r村管理信息系統(tǒng)》負責軟件開發(fā)、系統(tǒng)使用以及數(shù)據維護的主體是北京市經管站,經過10年的信息化建設,北京市經管系統(tǒng)對農村信息化的管理已經很成熟了。2016年,北京市經管站將對全市的農村管理信息系統(tǒng)進行升級改造。目前,新系統(tǒng)已初具模型,并正在幾個區(qū)縣進行試點運行。系統(tǒng)用戶主要是經管系統(tǒng)內市級、14個區(qū)縣、196個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農村經管部門和3986個村級集體經濟組織的信息化工作人員,系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了各級業(yè)務主管部門對農村經濟和農村社會的綜合管理,提供縱橫各級村務管理部門的數(shù)據共享、統(tǒng)計分析、輔助決策。論文透過對各級使用者的問卷調查和訪談,評定該系統(tǒng)的使用者滿意度,并按使用者提出的影響其滿意度的原因進行匯總分析,找出主要影響因素；通過分析得到的主要影響使用者滿意度的因素和分析該系統(tǒng)的不足,從而提出進一步優(yōu)化北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)應用的對策。通過研究北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)的各級使用者滿意度問題,對北京市經管系統(tǒng)提高各級工作人員使用滿意度提供參考。本論文的研究內容包括以下三個方面：第一,對農村管理信息化和信息化系統(tǒng)滿意度的相關進展進行闡述。目前,農村管理信息化和信息化系統(tǒng)滿意度有很多的研究,但是,將這兩種結合起來的并不多見,尤其對于農村管理信息化的相關研究更是少之又少。因此,本文根據目前農村管理信息化和信息化系統(tǒng)滿意度的研究現(xiàn)狀,清楚的了解目前的研究成果和缺點,確立了本文的研究方向。第二,建立北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)的滿意度結構方程模型。根據與其他方法比較,確定結構方程在北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)滿意度研究中的優(yōu)勢。然后進行文獻研究和理論分析,確定北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究變量,構建初期的結構方程模型。第三,對初期模型進行擬合與修正,并相應地提出對策建議。將北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)調查問卷的樣本數(shù)據輸入SPSS進行數(shù)據分析,然后使用AMOS對模型進行擬合、修正與評價,最后根據研究結果對北京市農村管理信息系統(tǒng)使用者滿意度的提高提出合理建議。
[Abstract]:Beijing Rural Management Informatization Construction started in 2000, demonstration, 2005, Beijing Municipal Committee of Rural work, Beijing Municipal Committee of Rural work, Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Office of Informatization, The Municipal Bureau of Finance jointly issued a document (Beijing IFAD [2005] 19), comprehensively promoting the construction of rural management information in the suburbs of the city. The "Beijing Rural Management Information system" is responsible for software development, and the main body of the system use and data maintenance is the Beijing Municipal Economic Management Station. After 10 years of information construction, the management of rural informatization in Beijing has become mature. In 2016, Beijing Economic Management Station will upgrade and transform the whole city's rural management information system. At present, the new system has a model, and is running pilot in several districts and counties. The users of the system are mainly the information workers of the municipal level, 14 districts and counties, 196 township and township rural economic management departments and 3986 village collective economic organizations. The system has realized the integrated management of the rural economy and rural society by the business departments at all levels. Provide data sharing, statistical analysis and decision support for village management departments at vertical and horizontal levels. Through the questionnaire survey and interview to the users at all levels, the paper evaluates the user satisfaction of the system, and analyzes the reasons that affect the satisfaction by the users, and finds out the main influencing factors. Based on the analysis of the main factors that affect the user satisfaction and the deficiency of the system, the countermeasures to optimize the application of Beijing Rural Management Information system are put forward. Through the research on the user satisfaction of Beijing Rural Management Information system at all levels, this paper provides a reference for the Beijing Economic Management system to improve the satisfaction degree of the staff at all levels. The research content of this paper includes the following three aspects: first, the development of rural management informatization and information system satisfaction is expounded. At present, there are a lot of research on rural management information and information system satisfaction, but the combination of these two is rare, especially for the rural management information related research is even less. Therefore, according to the current research status of rural management information and information system satisfaction, this paper clearly understand the current research results and shortcomings, and establish the research direction of this paper. Second, establish the satisfaction structure equation model of Beijing Rural Management Information system. According to the comparison with other methods, the advantages of structural equation in the research of satisfaction degree of Beijing rural management information system are determined. Then literature research and theoretical analysis are carried out to determine the research variables of Beijing Rural Management Information system and to construct the initial structural equation model. Thirdly, the initial model is fitted and modified, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Input the sample data of Beijing Rural Management Information system questionnaire into SPSS for data analysis, then use AMOS to fit, revise and evaluate the model. Finally, based on the results of the study, reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the user satisfaction of Beijing Rural Management Information system.
