【摘要】：在山西經(jīng)濟(jì)下行、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度持續(xù)下降、山西高校畢業(yè)生卻持續(xù)增加的背景下,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形式越發(fā)嚴(yán)峻。為緩解山西省高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè),省政府積極出臺(tái)了促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的一系列政策,將大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)作為緩解大學(xué)生就業(yè)壓力的有效途徑。而創(chuàng)業(yè)的核心是創(chuàng)業(yè)融資。目前,山西省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境還處于摸索完善階段,融資市場(chǎng)薄弱,一方面,作為創(chuàng)業(yè)主體的大學(xué)生經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,缺乏對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)融資的了解,缺少人、財(cái)、物等創(chuàng)業(yè)資源積累;另一方面,山西省政府、社會(huì)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)等對(duì)大學(xué)生支持力度不足,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資困難。綜上所述,對(duì)山西省創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境的研究,既有利于融資環(huán)境存在問(wèn)題的評(píng)估和分析,針對(duì)性的提出改進(jìn)建議,又有利于解決大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資問(wèn)題,從而提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)積極性和成功率。本文的研究對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境建設(shè)和完善具有理論指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以幫助解決山西大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資問(wèn)題、完善大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境為目標(biāo),對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境展開(kāi)研究。一方面,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境基本理論匯總和整理,結(jié)合前人研究的定性分析和專家給予的意見(jiàn),初步提出創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系,采用德?tīng)柗品▽?duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選和檢驗(yàn),然后應(yīng)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,從而確定創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系。另一方面,本文運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法,對(duì)山西大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境指標(biāo)和融資環(huán)境的基本情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)際調(diào)查。首先,設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷基本調(diào)查方法,并用科學(xué)的方法對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)。其次,通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)查情況分析對(duì)山西省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)際驗(yàn)證。最后,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析研究了山西創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境存在的問(wèn)題并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。研究表明,本文提出的山西省創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是可行的。創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境可從金融環(huán)境、政府支持、社會(huì)環(huán)境三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。目前山西省創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境存在金融市場(chǎng)不活躍、政策支持力度不足、社會(huì)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)薄弱等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)優(yōu)化金融環(huán)境、政府環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境,從而完善大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境。本文創(chuàng)新研究之處有:國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境的研究相對(duì)較少,本文以山西省為例,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,角度較為新穎;通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)查與理論研究相結(jié)合、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法提出了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資指標(biāo)體系;從初步檢驗(yàn)、專家評(píng)分檢驗(yàn)、調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn)三方面驗(yàn)證了創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境指標(biāo)體系;山西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,融資環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)較差,本文采用創(chuàng)業(yè)融資指標(biāo)體系分析了山西創(chuàng)業(yè)融資環(huán)境存在的問(wèn)題,希望引起政府與社會(huì)的關(guān)注,并為其政策建議提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the economic decline, the economic growth rate continues to decline, but the Shanxi university graduates continue to increase, the employment form of college graduates is becoming more and more severe. In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates in Shanxi Province and promote the employment of college students, the provincial government has actively issued a series of policies to promote college students' entrepreneurship, which takes the self-employment of college students as an effective way to alleviate the employment pressure of college students. The core of entrepreneurship is venture capital. At present, the environment of venture financing for college students in Shanxi Province is still in the stage of exploration and perfection, and the financing market is weak. On the one hand, the college students as the subject of entrepreneurship lack of experience, lack of understanding of venture financing, lack of people, wealth, material and other entrepreneurial resources accumulation; On the other hand, Shanxi provincial government, society, financial institutions, etc. To sum up, the research on the environment of venture financing in Shanxi Province is not only conducive to the evaluation and analysis of the existing problems of the financing environment, but also conducive to solving the problem of venture capital for college students. So as to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and success rate of college students. The research of this paper has theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction and improvement of venture financing environment. The purpose of this paper is to help solve the problem of college students' venture financing and perfect the environment of college students' venture financing. On the one hand, through summarizing and collating the relevant literature and basic theories of venture financing environment, combining with qualitative analysis of previous studies and the opinions given by experts, the paper puts forward a preliminary index system of venture financing environment. The Delphi method is used to screen and test the indicators, and then the AHP is used to determine the weights of each index, so as to determine the environmental index system of venture capital. On the other hand, this paper carries on the actual investigation to the Shanxi university student's venture financing environment index and the basic situation of the financing environment by using the questionnaire method. Firstly, the basic method of questionnaire is designed, and the data of questionnaire is analyzed by scientific method. Secondly, it verifies the environmental index system of college students' venture financing in Shanxi Province through the analysis of actual investigation. Finally, according to the investigation results, the paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in Shanxi's venture financing environment and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. The research shows that the evaluation index system of venture financing environment in Shanxi Province is feasible. Venture financing environment can be evaluated from three angles: financial environment, government support and social environment. At present, there are some problems in the environment of venture financing in Shanxi Province, such as the inactive financial market, insufficient policy support, weak social environment and so on. Therefore, the financial environment, government environment and social environment should be optimized so as to perfect the environment of venture financing for college students. The innovation of this paper is: the domestic and foreign research on venture financing environment is relatively few, this paper takes Shanxi Province as an example to analyze the venture financing environment, the angle is relatively novel; through the actual investigation and the theory research union, the article takes the Shanxi Province as an example to carry on the analysis, through the actual investigation and the theory research, This paper puts forward the index system of venture capital for college students by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, validates the environmental index system of venture capital from three aspects: preliminary examination, expert score test and statistical investigation. The foundation of financing environment is poor. This paper analyzes the problems existing in Shanxi's venture financing environment by using the index system of venture financing, hoping to arouse the attention of the government and society, and to provide reference for its policy recommendations.
