【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎,對于經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展具有重要作用。然而,在經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展中,資源的稀缺性越發(fā)明顯,純粹依靠資源投入來增加農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出的發(fā)展方式不是當今農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,而把科技、科學等運用于農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展中,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化成為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的大方向。世界各國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的水平參差不一,對于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平衡量的側(cè)重點不盡相同,各國的統(tǒng)計口徑也有差異,因此,難以建立一套統(tǒng)一的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化指標體系對多國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平的對比分析。河北省是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大省,正在不斷向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)強省轉(zhuǎn)變。本文為了對河北省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平進行測量與對比,在遵循科學性、充分性等指標選取原則的基礎上,建立了相應的指標體系,搜集了2008-2013年河北省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的指標,運用農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化綜合指數(shù)評價模型,選擇了相鄰省份山東省和河南省的相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化指標來進行對比,以此分析河北省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的狀況,同時,搜集了2013年河北省11各省轄市的相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),運用農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化綜合指數(shù)評價模型進行了對比分析。再次,運用因子分析法,對河北省2008-2013年的相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)指標進行因子分析,得出影響河北省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的主要因素。最后,通過省際間和省內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)狀況的綜合分析,找出河北省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的主要問題,并在此基礎上,有針對性地提出相關(guān)的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of the economy. However, with the continuous development of the economy, the scarcity of resources is becoming more and more obvious. The way to increase agricultural output by purely relying on resources input is not the development trend of today's agriculture. Instead, science and technology are applied to the development of agriculture. Realizing agricultural modernization becomes the major direction of agricultural development. The level of agricultural modernization varies from country to country in the world, and the emphasis on measuring the level of development of agricultural modernization is not the same, and the statistical calibre of each country is also different. It is difficult to establish a unified index system for agricultural modernization. Hebei Province is the traditional agricultural province, is changing to the modern agriculture strong province. In order to measure and compare the level of agricultural modernization in Hebei Province, based on the principles of scientific and sufficient selection, this paper establishes the corresponding index system and collects the indexes of agricultural modernization in Hebei Province from 2008 to 2013. By using the comprehensive index evaluation model of agricultural modernization, the relative agricultural modernization indexes of Shandong province and Henan province are selected to compare, and the development of agricultural modernization in Hebei Province is analyzed, at the same time, The agricultural data of 11 provinces and municipalities in Hebei Province in 2013 were collected and compared with each other by using the comprehensive index evaluation model of agricultural modernization. Thirdly, factor analysis is used to analyze the agricultural indexes in Hebei Province from 2008 to 2013, and the main factors affecting the development of agricultural modernization in Hebei Province are obtained. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the agricultural situation between and within the provinces, the main problems in the agricultural development of Hebei Province are found out, and on the basis of this, the relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
