【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化不斷加快,城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地的需求不斷增大,失地農(nóng)民這個(gè)新群體不斷擴(kuò)大。關(guān)注失地農(nóng)民的幸福感,分析現(xiàn)行社會(huì)保障水平對(duì)失地農(nóng)民幸福的影響,探索提升失地農(nóng)民幸福感的途徑,是全面建成小康社會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。本文在闡述失地農(nóng)民的相關(guān)理論以及基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,探索構(gòu)建社會(huì)保障視角下失地農(nóng)民幸福感評(píng)價(jià)體系,并通過(guò)對(duì)湖南省吉首市社會(huì)保障視角下失地農(nóng)民幸福感的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出在現(xiàn)行社會(huì)保障水平下,吉首市失地農(nóng)民的幸福感并不高,最后本文聯(lián)系當(dāng)前社會(huì)實(shí)際,提出從創(chuàng)新失地農(nóng)民征地補(bǔ)償機(jī)制、健全失地農(nóng)民社會(huì)保障體系、夯實(shí)失地農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面提高失地農(nóng)民的幸福感的一些可行性建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of new urbanization in China, the demand for urban and rural construction land is increasing, and the new group of land-lost farmers is expanding.Paying attention to the well-being of landless farmers, analyzing the influence of the current social security level on the happiness of landless farmers, and exploring the ways to promote the happiness of landless farmers are to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The realistic need of "Chinese Dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.On the basis of expounding the relevant theories and basic concepts of land-lost farmers, this paper explores the construction of a happiness evaluation system for landless farmers from the perspective of social security.And through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the well-being of landless farmers in the perspective of social security in Jishou, Hunan Province, it is concluded that under the current social security level, the well-being of land-lost farmers in Jishou City is not high. Finally, this paper relates to the current social reality.This paper puts forward some feasible construction to improve the happiness of land-lost farmers from three aspects: innovating the compensation mechanism of land expropriation, perfecting the social security system of land-lost farmers and ramming up the economic base of land-lost farmers.
