【摘要】：隨著人類向海洋進(jìn)軍步伐的加快,我國(guó)對(duì)于海洋資源的探索不斷加深,這就要求我們要掌握一種科學(xué)的方法為資源調(diào)查服務(wù)。本文關(guān)注的問(wèn)題就是在海洋資源調(diào)查中,觀測(cè)站點(diǎn)及出海頻次的設(shè)置。傳統(tǒng)的站點(diǎn)設(shè)置方法并沒(méi)有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臄?shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)科理論知識(shí)的支持,只是按照生物資源中的站點(diǎn)設(shè)置方法對(duì)渤海海區(qū)進(jìn)行劃分,設(shè)置了若干站點(diǎn)。至于出海頻次,有每年12次、6次和4次三種。機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)作為一種數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的工具,為人類提供了一種便利的、容易理解的、操作性較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)是研究如何使用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬和實(shí)現(xiàn)人類獲取知識(shí)過(guò)程,把數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為智能行為的一種人工智能。作為人工智能中最具智能特征和最前沿的研究課題之一,它是計(jì)算機(jī)識(shí)別現(xiàn)有知識(shí)、獲取新知識(shí)、不斷改善性能和實(shí)現(xiàn)自身完善的方法。因此,在本文中我們引入機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法為設(shè)站提供科學(xué)的解釋。聚類分析作為機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)中一種重要的方法,主要任務(wù)是將數(shù)據(jù)劃分成有意義或有用的組(簇)。通過(guò)不斷嘗試與改進(jìn),聚類分析在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用:生物學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域、心理學(xué)以及其他社會(huì)科學(xué)。本文中我們利用聚類算法、R語(yǔ)言對(duì)已有的觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清洗、分析、建模,對(duì)觀測(cè)站點(diǎn)及出海頻次的設(shè)置給出方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid advance of human beings to the ocean, the exploration of marine resources in our country is deepening, which requires us to master a scientific method to serve the investigation of resources.This paper focuses on the establishment of observation stations and sea frequency in marine resource survey.The traditional site setting method is not supported by rigorous mathematical statistics theory knowledge. It only divides the Bohai Sea area according to the method of site setting in biological resources and sets up some stations.As for the frequency of going to sea, there are 12 times a year, 6 times and 4 times, three kinds.As a data mining tool, machine learning provides a convenient, easy to understand and operational data analysis method for human beings.Machine learning is a kind of artificial intelligence that studies how to use computer to simulate and realize the process of human acquisition of knowledge and to transform data into intelligent behavior.As one of the most intelligent and cutting-edge research topics in artificial intelligence, it is a method for computer to identify existing knowledge, acquire new knowledge, improve performance and realize self-perfection.Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the machine learning method to provide a scientific explanation for the station.Clustering analysis as an important method in machine learning, the main task is to divide the data into meaningful or useful groups.Cluster analysis has been widely used in many fields: biology, statistics, economics, psychology and other social sciences.In this paper, we use clustering algorithm / R language to clean, analyze and model the existing observation data, and give a scheme for setting the frequency of observation station and sea.
