【摘要】：改革開放以后,“以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心”的黨的政策方針在祖國大地開始實(shí)行,正是這一政策的有效實(shí)施,整個(gè)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)得到飛速的發(fā)展,與此同時(shí),人民的生活質(zhì)量也日益得到顯著的改善。而隨著家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制的有效落地,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展又步上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了很好的發(fā)展。但是由于存在主觀發(fā)展政策的差異以及各地區(qū)自然因素的不同的影響,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異成為在發(fā)展過程中即為明顯的問題。而我國學(xué)者對這一問題的研究,各有各的說法,以致在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的影響因素等方面各持己見。通過對以往研究的對比可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在研究農(nóng)村區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異這一層面上,大多數(shù)學(xué)者選取的研究對象基本有三類:一是對我國東、中、西部地區(qū),二是對我國31個(gè)省級行政區(qū),第三就是對省域內(nèi)對各地級市。而我國又是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國,如果僅僅是從大范圍的來研究分析區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異的話,顯然這樣的研究結(jié)果是不精確的,是存在較大誤差的。所以,以省域內(nèi)各地級市或者更小的單元為對象研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異是非常有必要的,這樣能夠更加精確地反映出各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的現(xiàn)狀。本論文運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、地理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科知識為理論指導(dǎo),在總結(jié)前人相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以安徽省三大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)為例,采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,并利用個(gè)體固定效應(yīng)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對2000~2013年14年間安徽省三大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)三大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)之間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差距在逐漸擴(kuò)大。根據(jù)研究所得的結(jié)論,提出了如下幾方面的建議:第一,加快我省城市化水平,提高我省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體水平;第二,發(fā)揮各農(nóng)業(yè)主產(chǎn)區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)資源的不同優(yōu)勢,因地制宜的發(fā)展各具特色的農(nóng)業(yè)模式;第三,全面提高農(nóng)民素質(zhì),進(jìn)行專業(yè)化技能培訓(xùn);第四,調(diào)整農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the Party's policy of "taking economic construction as the center" began to be implemented in the motherland. It is precisely the effective implementation of this policy, and the rapid development of the economy of the whole society, at the same time,The quality of life of the people is also improving significantly.With the effective landing of the household contract responsibility system, the development of rural economy has advanced to a new level, and the rural economy has been well developed.However, because of the difference of subjective development policy and the influence of different natural factors in different regions, regional economic difference becomes an obvious problem in the process of development.However, Chinese scholars have different opinions on this issue, so they hold their own opinions on the influencing factors of regional economic differences.Through the comparison of previous studies, it can be found that on the level of studying the difference of regional economic development in rural areas, most scholars choose three basic research objects: first, to the east, middle and west regions of China,Second, 31 provincial administrative regions, the third is within the province to all prefectural cities.China is also a big agricultural country. If we only study and analyze the differences of regional economic development from a large scale, it is obvious that such research results are inaccurate and there are large errors.Therefore, it is necessary to study the regional economic differences by taking each prefecture-level city or smaller unit in the province as the object, so as to more accurately reflect the present situation of the regional economic differences.Under the guidance of the knowledge of regional economics, econometrics, geography economics and development economics, this paper takes the three major agricultural products production areas of Anhui Province as an example.By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and using individual fixed effect panel data model, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the rural economy of the three major agricultural products production areas in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2013.We can find that the gap between the three major agricultural production areas in economic development is gradually widening.According to the conclusions of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to speed up the urbanization level of our province, to improve the overall level of rural economy in our province; second, to give play to the different advantages of agricultural resources in the main agricultural production areas.Third, to improve the quality of farmers in an all-round way, to train specialized skills; fourth, to adjust the rural industrial structure.
