【摘要】：隨著我國綜合國力的提升和廣大民眾對于體育需求的增加,籃球賽事的成功舉辦成為各地政府和企業(yè)發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè),提升城市的形象的重要手段。而賽事安全保障的運作無疑是賽事成功舉辦的基石。而經(jīng)濟(jì)社會復(fù)雜多變的安全形勢以及恐怖主義的蔓延等現(xiàn)象,使得體育賽事安保面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此對賽事安保的研究有重大意義。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法對中國籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場觀眾關(guān)于賽事安保的滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并運用SPSS20.0對所收集到的問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實地調(diào)研來闡述山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場觀眾的滿意度情況,進(jìn)而針對存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策,為CBA賽事安保的未來發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)現(xiàn)場觀眾對山西賽區(qū)賽事安保滿意度的量表由3個因子構(gòu)成,即安保服務(wù)性、安保認(rèn)知性、安保專業(yè)性,通過一致性檢驗得出該問卷有較好的信度和效度。(2)從本文的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果來看,山西賽區(qū)現(xiàn)場觀眾具有較高的安全防范意識,并且現(xiàn)場觀眾對山西賽區(qū)賽事安�？傮w滿意度情況一般,未達(dá)到滿意狀態(tài)。相對來說,滿意度較高的前五個分別是安保檢查的流程、入場時液體的檢查收繳、檢票入場時的秩序、場館座椅的安全、存包的服務(wù)。滿意度較低的后五個分別是退場時人車分流的管理狀況、對中場吸煙者的管理、安保的整體水平、保安賽中突發(fā)事件的處置、保安的服務(wù)態(tài)度。(3)由于觀眾與賽事安保接觸的時間長度、內(nèi)容角度、側(cè)重點有所不同,不同性別、安保關(guān)注度、不同安保了解程度的觀眾對安保專業(yè)性評價有所不同,不同賽季數(shù)量的觀眾對安保服務(wù)性評價有所不同。(4)現(xiàn)場觀眾較好安全防范意識會提高安保服務(wù)要求,進(jìn)而影響現(xiàn)場觀眾的賽事安保滿意度,此外有關(guān)CBA賽事安保的針對性較高的文獻(xiàn),以及調(diào)查的樣本量有限,致使研究的深度和客觀性也受到一定的影響�；诂F(xiàn)場觀眾對賽事安保滿意度的評價,提出補齊安保短板;建立群眾主動安保的意識;構(gòu)建賽區(qū)安保服務(wù)星級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等建議。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country's comprehensive national strength and the increase of the public's demand for sports, the successful holding of basketball games has become an important means for local governments and enterprises to develop the sports industry and enhance the image of the city.The safety and security of the event is undoubtedly the cornerstone of the success of the event.However, the complex and changeable security situation and the spread of terrorism make the security of sports events face severe challenges.Therefore, the study of race security is of great significance.This research adopts the literature method, the observation method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method, the logic analysis method to carry on the investigation and the research to the Chinese basketball professional league tournament Shanxi match area spot audience's satisfaction about the match security.And use SPSS20.0 to collect the questionnaire to carry on the statistical analysis, combine the field investigation to expound the Shanxi match area scene audience satisfaction situation, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasure in view of the existing problem.For the future development of CBA event security to provide data reference.The results show that the scale of the audience's satisfaction with the security of the Shanxi tournament is composed of three factors, namely, security service, security cognition, security professionalism.Through consistency test, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. (2) from the analysis of the investigation data of this paper, it can be seen that the audience of Shanxi match area has a higher sense of safety and precaution.And the overall satisfaction of the audience to the Shanxi tournament security is general, did not reach the state of satisfaction.Relatively, the top five with higher satisfaction are the process of security inspection, the inspection and collection of liquid during admission, the order of admission, the safety of venue seats, and the service of storing bags.The last five with lower satisfaction were the management of passenger and vehicle diversion, the management of smokers in midfield, the overall level of security, and the handling of unexpected events in the security match.Due to the length of time, the content angle, the emphasis of the audience, the different gender, the security attention, the different level of security knowledge, the audience has different evaluation of the security professional, because of the length of time, the content angle, and the emphasis of the audience's contact with the event security security.The number of viewers in different seasons has different evaluation of security service. 4) the better safety awareness of the audience will improve the security service requirements, and then affect the security satisfaction of the audience.In addition, the research depth and objectivity are also affected by the high pertinence literature on the security of CBA events and the limited sample size of the investigation.Based on the evaluation of the security satisfaction of the scene audience, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as filling up the security board, establishing the consciousness of the masses' active security, and constructing the star standard of the security service in the competition area, and so on.
