【摘要】：統(tǒng)計(jì)指數(shù)是對(duì)于正在發(fā)展變化中的事物進(jìn)行綜合測(cè)量和評(píng)價(jià),并指導(dǎo)人們的行動(dòng)重要工具,在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)"指數(shù)"已經(jīng)成為人們工作生活中離不開(kāi)的一個(gè)數(shù)量概念。研究"京商"問(wèn)題,也希望能通過(guò)"京商指數(shù)"的編制對(duì)"京商"現(xiàn)象給出一個(gè)定量的描述。但一個(gè)指數(shù)的編制與否及如何編制不能僅取決于研究者的主觀意愿,有許多因素需要加以考慮。本文從指數(shù)編制中最一般的問(wèn)題出發(fā),提出了編制"京商指數(shù)"時(shí)需要解決的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題,希望對(duì)于"京商指數(shù)"編制課題的研究能有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Statistical indicators are important tools for synthetically measuring and evaluating what is developing and changing and for guiding people's actions. In modern society, "index" has become a concept of quantity that people can not do without in their work and life. It is also hoped that a quantitative description of the phenomenon of "Beijing-Shang" can be given through the compilation of "Beijing-Shang Index". However, whether an index is compiled or not and how to compile it cannot depend on the subjective will of the researcher. There are many factors to be considered. From the most general problems in the compilation of indices, this paper puts forward some problems that need to be solved in compiling "Beijing-Shang Index", and hopes to be helpful to the study of the compilation of "Beijing-Shang Index".
