10周足球運動干預對初中生體質(zhì)健康影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:隨著“校園足球”的逐步推廣,有關(guān)足球運動在校園開展的利與弊的研究也隨之進行起來。足球運動能否在中小學校園順利開展,足球運動對中小學學生體質(zhì)健康有何影響。本文以揚州市經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)實驗中學初二學生為研究對象,在體育課上對部分學生實施10周足球運動干預,探討在校園如何對初中生開展足球運動,以及足球運動對初中生的體質(zhì)健康有何影響,為校園足球在中學的順利開展提供量化的實驗數(shù)據(jù)參考和科學的理論依據(jù)。方法:本文采用文獻資料法、實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,以揚州經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)實驗中學初二年級兩個班級的男生為實驗對象,每班人數(shù)相同(對照組30人,實驗組30人),實驗組每周的三節(jié)體育課均上足球課,在大課間或者周六、周日時間組織小型的簡化規(guī)則的足球比賽,保證實驗組學生每周參與足球運動的次數(shù)在3次。對照組每周3節(jié)體育課則按照正常的教學大綱內(nèi)容進行上課。足球運動干預前分別測試其身體形態(tài)指標(身高、體重、身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、體脂率);身體機能指標(肺活量、臺階試驗指數(shù));身體素質(zhì)指標(握力、背力、立定跳遠、50m、1000m、坐位體前屈)。經(jīng)過10周的足球運動干預后,對對照組和實驗組的學生再進行以上體質(zhì)健康指標的測試,對實驗前后測試的所有數(shù)據(jù)運用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件進行分析。結(jié)果:(1)身體形態(tài)方面:10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組學生的身高、體重均有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學生的身高、體重也有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),且二者增長的幅度沒有顯著性差別(p0.05);10周足球運動干預后,實驗組和對照組的BMI指數(shù)均無顯著性變化(p0.05);實驗組和對照組的體脂率均有非常顯著性下降(p0.01),且實驗組體脂率的下降高于對照組,并存在顯著性差異(p0.05)。(2)身體機能方面:10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組學生的肺活量有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學生的肺活量無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值有顯著性差異(p0.05);實驗組和對照組學生的肺活量體重指數(shù)均無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值無顯著性差異(p0.05);實驗組的臺階試驗指數(shù)有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組的臺階試驗指數(shù)無顯著性變化(p0.05),兩組的變化值有非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。(3)身體素質(zhì)方面:10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組學生50米跑成績由實驗前的7.93±0.82提高到7.87±0.79,但無顯著性變化(p0.05),對照組學生50米跑成績有顯著性下降(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在顯著性差異(p0.05);10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組1000米跑成績有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學生1000米跑成績無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01);10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組學生握力、背力和立定跳遠成績有非常顯著性提高(p0.01),對照組學生背力有顯著性提高(p0.05),但提高幅度沒有實驗組大,握力、立定跳遠成績無顯著性變化(p0.05),實驗組和對照組的握力、背力變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01),立定跳遠變化值存在顯著性差異(p0.05);10周足球運動干預后,與實驗前相比,實驗組的坐位體前屈成績有顯著性提高(p0.05),對照組的坐位體前屈成績有顯著性下降(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。結(jié)論:(1)足球運動對促進初中生身高、體重的增長有一定的作用,但與其他運動相比沒有顯著性差異,但足球運動在降低初中生體脂率的作用顯著。(2)足球運動能顯著性促進初中生肺活量的增長,提高臺階試驗指數(shù),對促進初中生呼吸系統(tǒng)和心血管系統(tǒng)的生長發(fā)育與功能有顯著作用。(3)足球運動能較好地促進初中生身體力量、速度、耐力和柔韌素質(zhì)的增長,尤其是對耐力素質(zhì)和力量速度素質(zhì)的提高有非常顯著性的作用。
