【摘要】：隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,國家對政治、經(jīng)濟、文化,環(huán)境等方面的建設(shè)愈發(fā)重視,特別是對文化建設(shè)尤為關(guān)注。眾所周知,深圳市是我國改革開放后第一批打造的經(jīng)濟特區(qū),其科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅猛,教育水平也隨之快速發(fā)展。教育機構(gòu)對于人才的需求量大,而且要求也越來越高。自從我國新課改實施之后,為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化體育教學(xué)需求,全國各中小學(xué)對體育教師的要求不斷嚴(yán)格,其體育教師必須擁有嫻熟的專業(yè)技能,扎實的理論知識基礎(chǔ),豐富的教學(xué)方法以及高尚的道德品質(zhì)。體育教師的綜合能力水平直接影響體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,而培訓(xùn)是體育教師獲取教學(xué)知識的主要途徑之一,體育教師培訓(xùn)也是體育教學(xué)的重要組成部分。體育教師在職教育培訓(xùn)的相關(guān)課程設(shè)置和建設(shè)是對培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容實用性和針對性的重要體現(xiàn),也是體育教師在培訓(xùn)過程中具有本質(zhì)性、全面性的問題。本論文以深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)在職體育教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀為例,采用文獻資料法、調(diào)查訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,對深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)在職體育教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,研究結(jié)果如下：1.通過調(diào)查顯示,深圳市作為一線發(fā)達城市,經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對教育具有促進作用,所以深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)校對體育課程比較重視。2.深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師的教齡結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,男女比例構(gòu)成突出,其中大多數(shù)中小學(xué)體育教師學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定發(fā)展空間。3.體育教師參加培訓(xùn)動機明確,他們希望通過自身積極參加培訓(xùn)提升自我專業(yè)素質(zhì),發(fā)展自我業(yè)務(wù)水平。4.深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)校大多數(shù)體育教師認(rèn)為參加體育培訓(xùn)效果明顯,培訓(xùn)教學(xué)手段豐富多樣,培訓(xùn)頻次安排較合理。5.通過調(diào)查,深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師認(rèn)為校本課程培訓(xùn)很有必要,校本課程是學(xué)校的辦校特色,由于上層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對校本課程的理解不足、認(rèn)識不夠、致使校本課程的培訓(xùn)得不到重視和發(fā)展。6.通過調(diào)查,深圳市龍崗區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)單位或機構(gòu)培訓(xùn)前沒有做好相應(yīng)培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查和訪問,致使培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容實用性、針對性不強。為此,本文提出如下建議：1.培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)應(yīng)在培訓(xùn)前做好充分的準(zhǔn)備,通過訪談或調(diào)查確定培訓(xùn)的課程設(shè)置,在設(shè)置課程時應(yīng)多設(shè)置一些以滿足不同學(xué)校教師的需求。另外,培訓(xùn)要分批分項進行,實施校本課程的學(xué)�？刹捎帽拘ｓw育教師骨干培訓(xùn),或者聘請培訓(xùn)教師培訓(xùn)。2.教材的選用上培訓(xùn)單位一定要引起足夠的重視,培訓(xùn)單位或省市教育部門應(yīng)對教材的選擇上嚴(yán)格的督查,統(tǒng)一培訓(xùn)教材,并在選擇教材上針對中小學(xué)體育教師教學(xué)實際所需設(shè)置,例如：編寫校園新型運動項目相關(guān)教材等。3.培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容一定要有實用性、針對性、時代性。對中小學(xué)體育教師進行培訓(xùn)時,培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的選擇上應(yīng)該符合中小學(xué)體育教師教授的課程所需。另外,培訓(xùn)單位也可以發(fā)展一些受廣大中小學(xué)生喜愛的新型運動課程內(nèi)容,例如：輪滑、校園舞等。4.建立有效的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費保障機制,一方面,中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費應(yīng)該由政府、學(xué)校、教師三方承擔(dān)。另一方面,培訓(xùn)教師可以通過留職帶薪休假參加培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)期間給予報銷和補助,這樣既可以使參加培訓(xùn)人員珍惜培訓(xùn)機會,又可以鼓勵教師積極參加培訓(xùn),提高培訓(xùn)效率。5.科學(xué)全面的構(gòu)建與培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī),并且制定出具有評價性意義的考核制度。通過建立嚴(yán)格、有效地的考核方式可以對培訓(xùn)教師最終培訓(xùn)效果做出正確的評價,也可以端正培訓(xùn)教師參加培訓(xùn)過程的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,并提升培訓(xùn)教師參加培訓(xùn)的積極性。
