勞動報酬增長和勞動生產(chǎn)率提高的關系研究

【摘要】:2012年中央十八大報告指出:"發(fā)展成果由人民共享,要努力實現(xiàn)居民收入增長和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展同步、勞動報酬增長和勞動生產(chǎn)率提高同步。"這標志著我國宏觀收入分配政策由原來的強調(diào)勞動報酬的增長要低于勞動生產(chǎn)率的增長,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐獙崿F(xiàn)二者的同步;谶@樣的背景,本文對我國勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率的現(xiàn)實變動情況進行分析,對二者實現(xiàn)同步增長的可能性及途徑進行研究。本文對勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率的關系研究主要從以下幾個方面展開。首先,對勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率的相關理論進行總結(jié)和分析,找出二者在理論上相互作用及影響的方式和程度,得出二者的相互作用機理。其次,根據(jù)整體及部分代表行業(yè)歷年勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率,分析二者在不同歷史時期的變動關系,結(jié)合國家政策分析二者同步發(fā)展的可能性。再次,對我國職工工資和勞動生產(chǎn)率的相關性進行計量分析,得出二者的相關性;通過面板數(shù)據(jù)分析得出工資的決定因素,明確勞動生產(chǎn)率對工資變動的所起的決定性影響作用,找出實現(xiàn)二者同步增長的途徑。最后,對勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率之間的關系進行總結(jié),對實現(xiàn)二者同步增長提出對策建議。通過研究得出如下結(jié)論。第一,在理論上,勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率增長存在相互作用,具有正向的相關性和增長的同步性。第二,就我國現(xiàn)實情況而言,勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率的增長速度在不同的歷史時期具有不同的比例關系,但總體上存在同步增長的趨勢,具有同步的可能性。第三,根據(jù)計量分析得出我國勞動報酬和勞動生產(chǎn)率具有高度的相關性,通過工資的決定因素分析得出實現(xiàn)勞動報酬增長需要通過提高勞動生產(chǎn)率、投資、人口等因素的共同推動;谖覈鴦趧訄蟪旰蛣趧由a(chǎn)率增速的相關分析,本文對促進二者的同步增長提出幾點對策建議:一是通過完善收入分配機制,以提高勞動報酬在初次分配中的比例;二是通過加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,來進一步提高勞動生產(chǎn)率;三是構(gòu)建和諧勞動關系,創(chuàng)建和諧穩(wěn)定的社會環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Central Committee in 2012 pointed out: "the fruits of development should be shared by the people, and efforts should be made to synchronize the growth of residents' incomes with economic development. This indicates that the macro-income distribution policy of our country has changed from emphasizing that the growth of labor remuneration should be lower than that of labor productivity to realizing the synchronization of the two. This paper analyzes the real changes of labor compensation and productivity in China. This paper studies the relationship between labor compensation and labor productivity from the following aspects. This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories of labor compensation and labor productivity, finds out the ways and degrees of their theoretical interaction and influence, and concludes the mechanism of their interaction. According to the whole and part of the labor compensation and productivity of the industry in the past years, this paper analyzes the changing relationship between the two in different historical periods, and analyzes the possibility of their synchronous development in combination with the national policy. Based on the quantitative analysis of the correlation between workers' wages and labor productivity in China, the correlation between them is obtained, and the determinants of wages are obtained by panel data analysis, and the decisive effect of labor productivity on wage changes is clarified. Finally, the relationship between labor compensation and labor productivity is summarized, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to achieve the synchronous growth of the two. The conclusions are as follows: first, in theory, There is interaction between labor compensation and labor productivity growth, which has positive correlation and synchronism. Second, as far as the reality of our country is concerned, The growth rate of labor compensation and labor productivity have different proportional relationships in different historical periods, but there is a trend of synchronous growth in general, and the possibility of synchronizing. According to the econometric analysis, it is concluded that labor remuneration and labor productivity have a high correlation in China. Through the analysis of the determinants of wages, it is concluded that to achieve the increase of labor remuneration, it is necessary to improve labor productivity and investment. Based on the related analysis of labor compensation and labor productivity growth rate in China, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote their synchronous growth: first, by improving the income distribution mechanism, In order to increase the proportion of labor reward in the initial distribution, the second is to further improve labor productivity by speeding up the transformation of economic development mode, and the third is to build harmonious labor relations and create a harmonious and stable social environment.
