BIM的集成效應(yīng)與工程精益化管理的研究

【摘要】:隨著工程科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)的規(guī)模越來越大,當(dāng)前工程建設(shè)涵蓋了圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、施工組織、材料供給、施工管理等方面的內(nèi)容,信息的有效管理逐步成為提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要方式。BIM的出現(xiàn),給建筑工程領(lǐng)域帶來了新的變革,能實(shí)現(xiàn)信息在建筑物全生命周期內(nèi)的集成與共享,能為項(xiàng)目各參與方快速、準(zhǔn)確的提供建筑物的基本信息,提高工程師對項(xiàng)目的控制能力,此外BIM的集成效應(yīng)為工程實(shí)現(xiàn)精益化管理提供了可能,并逐步在工程建設(shè)中的成本精益化管理、進(jìn)度精益化管理和質(zhì)量精益化管理這三個(gè)方面廣泛應(yīng)用,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于這方面的研究也逐步成為熱門課題。基于此,本文對BIM集成效應(yīng)與工程精益化管理進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。本文首先研究了BIM集成的框架體系,然后介紹了BIM三大目標(biāo)(成本精益化管理、進(jìn)度精益化管理、質(zhì)量精益化管理)的基本理論方法,最后同時(shí)通過南京體育學(xué)院露天體育館建設(shè)項(xiàng)目這一實(shí)際工程案例對成本精益化管理、進(jìn)度精益化管理、質(zhì)量精益化管理著三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了具體分析,得出了一系列結(jié)論如下:1.運(yùn)用層次分析法和熵值法構(gòu)造的綜合方案評估方法,對BIM造價(jià)管理方案和傳統(tǒng)造價(jià)管理方案進(jìn)行了對比分析,證明了BIM造價(jià)管理的優(yōu)勢。2.主要探究了BIM技術(shù)集成效應(yīng)在施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃實(shí)施中的構(gòu)建的理論體系,并重點(diǎn)分析了BIM技術(shù)在構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)框架、進(jìn)度管理信息平臺、進(jìn)度管理流程、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù)庫編制、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃分析系統(tǒng)等方面內(nèi)容,為BIM技術(shù)在施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度精益化管理中的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。3.將實(shí)際項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)實(shí)施進(jìn)度精益化管理的實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行了探究,重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)對3D模型、進(jìn)度橫道圖等進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理,通過虛擬施工,實(shí)現(xiàn)了進(jìn)度管理的主動控制,提高進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行力和偏差措施落實(shí)的效率,提升了企業(yè)市場競爭能力,為創(chuàng)造了良好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。該項(xiàng)目主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工工期較原計(jì)劃提前15天,證實(shí)了BIM技術(shù)在施工進(jìn)度精益化管理過程中的強(qiáng)大用途。4.以實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目為例,運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集、BIM質(zhì)量管理平臺建立、BIM質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)處理、質(zhì)量評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量評估模糊理論對該項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行評估,通過從該地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理的模型中隨機(jī)抽取200個(gè)部位進(jìn)行質(zhì)量問題統(tǒng)計(jì),顯示表明未運(yùn)用BIM質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)的時(shí)質(zhì)量合格達(dá)到80%、運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理后達(dá)到的合格率為96%。同時(shí)證實(shí)了BIM質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)的實(shí)施使得該項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)現(xiàn)0%的不合格率。本文通過BIM技術(shù)在三大目標(biāo)精益化管理中的探究體現(xiàn)了BIM精益化管理的絕對優(yōu)勢,通過實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目案例的研究為今后BIM技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的建模、編程、數(shù)據(jù)處理、管理措施應(yīng)用等提供了參考和指導(dǎo),具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of engineering science and technology, the scale of engineering construction is becoming larger and larger. The current engineering construction includes drawing design, construction organization, material supply, construction management and so on. The effective management of information has gradually become an important way to improve economic benefits. BIM has brought new changes to the field of building engineering and can realize the integration and sharing of information in the whole life cycle of buildings. It can provide the basic information of the building quickly and accurately for the participants of the project, and improve the control ability of the engineer to the project. In addition, the integration effect of BIM provides the possibility for the project to realize the lean management. And step by step in the construction of the cost of lean management, progress lean management and quality lean management of these three widely used, domestic and foreign research on this area has gradually become a hot topic. This paper studies the relationship between BIM integration effect and engineering lean management. Firstly, this paper studies the framework of BIM integration, and then introduces the three objectives of BIM (cost Lean Management). Progress lean management, quality lean management of the basic theory method, at the same time through the Nanjing Institute of physical Education Open Gymnasium construction project, the actual case of cost lean management, schedule lean management. Quality Lean management in three aspects of the specific analysis, a series of conclusions as follows: 1. The use of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to construct a comprehensive scheme evaluation method. The BIM cost management scheme and the traditional cost management scheme are compared and analyzed. Prove the advantages of BIM cost management. 2. Mainly explore the construction of BIM technology integration effect in the construction project schedule implementation of the theoretical system, and focus on the analysis of BIM technology in the construction system framework. Schedule management information platform, schedule management process, progress plan database preparation, schedule analysis system and other aspects of the content. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of BIM technology in the lean management of construction project schedule. 3. The actual case of the application of BIM technology to the implementation of progress lean management is explored. Emphasis is placed on the use of BIM technology to study the 3D model, the progress of the horizontal diagram, and the use of BIM technology for progress management, through virtual construction, the active control of progress management has been realized. Improve the execution of the progress plan and the efficiency of deviation measures, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market, create good economic and social benefits. The construction period of the main structure of the project is 15 days ahead of the original plan. The powerful application of BIM technology in the process of lean management of construction schedule is confirmed. Taking the actual project as an example, the field data acquisition and quality management platform is established by using BIM technology. BIM quality data processing, quality evaluation criteria, quality evaluation fuzzy theory to evaluate the quality of the project. In this paper, 200 parts of the real estate project were randomly selected from the model of quality management using BIM technology for quality problem statistics. The results show that the quality of BIM is up to 80% when it is not used. The qualified rate of using BIM technology for quality management is 96%. Meanwhile, it is proved that the implementation of BIM quality management technology makes the project realize 0% nonconformity rate successfully. The inquiry in the Lean Management of large objective embodies the absolute advantage of the Lean Management of BIM. Through the case study of practical engineering project, it provides reference and guidance for modeling, programming, data processing and management measures application of BIM technology in practical application in the future, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
