【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,隨著人們生活水平的顯著提升,越來越多的人開始關(guān)注工作與生活的平衡,對自身幸福感和滿意度的要求也越來越高。企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開以薪酬為主的物質(zhì)激勵(lì),更離不開員工對企業(yè)的滿意與忠誠度。工作滿意度已經(jīng)成為了組織行為學(xué)和人力資源管理研究的熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,獲得了許多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。通過探索員工滿意度,改善員工的工作滿意度,不斷激發(fā)員工的創(chuàng)造性和積極性,成為了新時(shí)期企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。人才是企業(yè)的根本,在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中發(fā)揮著重要作用。員工滿意度是一個(gè)企業(yè)員工工作積極性的真實(shí)反應(yīng),員工工作滿意度越高,員工的工作熱情也就越高漲,充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工的積極性能夠最大程度的挖掘員工的潛能,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。同時(shí),員工的滿意度還反映出了企業(yè)在管理過程中存在的各種問題,促使企業(yè)進(jìn)行問題診斷,最行之有效的方法就是員工滿意度調(diào)查,通過此種方式,企業(yè)管理者可以對企業(yè)潛在的問題進(jìn)行了解,采取積極措施應(yīng)對企業(yè)管理中存在的危機(jī)和隱患。人才對企業(yè)發(fā)展有著重大作用,只有提高滿意度,才能讓優(yōu)秀人才對企業(yè)產(chǎn)生歸屬感,企業(yè)才能在市場競爭中立于不敗之地。因此,研究如何提高員工滿意度十分必要。本文將hn公司作為調(diào)查對象,采用信息搜集和問卷調(diào)查的方法,全面分析研究了hn公司員工的工作滿意度。對hn公司目前員工滿意度的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入了解,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了影響該公司員工滿意度的具體因素,最終根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果對hn公司員工滿意度提升提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,為hn公司人力資源管理奠定了基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也為其他企業(yè)員工滿意度調(diào)查提供了借鑒。本文以案例分析為主,規(guī)范研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合,演繹推理與歸納總結(jié)相結(jié)合的研究方法。引入hn公司為案例研究對象,通過深入研究,運(yùn)用具體數(shù)據(jù)對其進(jìn)行分析,最終進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),有針對性地提出了一系列適合hn公司員工滿意度提升的合理性建議,力圖在現(xiàn)有研究基礎(chǔ)上有所創(chuàng)新。論文主要分為三大部分:第一部分分析梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究,進(jìn)而整理出了本文的研究架構(gòu)。第二部分,對HN公司的概況進(jìn)行簡要介紹,并制定了員工工作滿意度調(diào)查問卷。通過調(diào)查問卷,對HN公司員工工作滿意度統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的差異進(jìn)行分析,并得出其原因。第三部分,提出了HN公司員工滿意度的人力資源管理的優(yōu)化策略。本文的主要結(jié)論有:第一,HN公司員工工作滿意度測量因素包括六個(gè)方面,分別是:物質(zhì)報(bào)酬、提升機(jī)會、工作本身、企業(yè)文化、工作條件、團(tuán)隊(duì)工作。第二,HN公司不同人口統(tǒng)計(jì)變量員工的工作滿意度存在差異。第三,從四大方面提出了基于HN公司員工滿意度的人力資源管理優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is developing rapidly. With the remarkable improvement of people's living standard, more and more people begin to pay attention to the balance between work and life. The requirements of their own happiness and satisfaction are higher and higher. The development of enterprises can not be separated from the material incentive based on salary. Job satisfaction has become a hot topic in organizational behavior and human resource management, which has been concerned by many scholars. To improve the employees' job satisfaction and constantly stimulate the creativity and enthusiasm of the employees has become an important foundation for the development of enterprises in the new period. Talent is the foundation of the enterprises. Employee satisfaction is a true response to the work enthusiasm of an enterprise employee. The higher the employee job satisfaction, the higher the enthusiasm of the staff. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees can maximize the potential of employees, thereby promoting the economic efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, employee satisfaction also reflects the existence of various problems in the management process. The most effective method of problem diagnosis is employee satisfaction survey, through which managers can understand the potential problems of the enterprise. Take active measures to deal with the crisis and hidden danger in enterprise management. Talents play an important role in the development of enterprises. Only by improving the satisfaction degree can the outstanding talents have a sense of belonging to the enterprises. Enterprises can be in an invincible position in the market competition. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to improve employee satisfaction. In this paper, hn company is regarded as the object of investigation, and the methods of information collection and questionnaire survey are adopted. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the job satisfaction of the employees of hn company, this paper makes a deep understanding of the current situation of the employee satisfaction of hn company, and on this basis, studies the specific factors that affect the employee satisfaction of the company. Finally, according to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to enhance the employee satisfaction of the hn company, which lays the foundation for the human resource management of the hn company. At the same time, it also provides reference for other enterprises' employee satisfaction survey. This paper focuses on the case study, normative research and empirical research combined. Deductive reasoning and inductive summary of the research method. The introduction of hn company as the case study object, through in-depth research, use specific data to analyze, and finally to sum up. This paper puts forward a series of reasonable suggestions for the improvement of employee satisfaction in hn Company. The thesis is mainly divided into three parts: the first part analyzes and combs the domestic and foreign related research, and then collates the research structure of this paper. The second part. The general situation of HN company is briefly introduced, and the questionnaire of employee job satisfaction is established. Through the questionnaire, the statistical data of HN company employee job satisfaction are analyzed. And get its reasons. The third part, proposed the HN company employee satisfaction of human resources management optimization strategy. The main conclusions of this paper are: first. HN employee job satisfaction measurement factors include six aspects: material reward, promotion opportunities, the job itself, corporate culture, working conditions, team work. There are differences in the job satisfaction of HN employees with different demographic variables. Thirdly, the human resource management optimization strategy based on HN company employee satisfaction is put forward from four aspects.
