【摘要】：目的調(diào)查河南省開封市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本現(xiàn)狀,分析養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本的影響因素。為提升養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員的心理資本提供理論依據(jù),為提高養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法利用方便抽樣法抽取了河南省開封市20家養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的312名護(hù)理員,于2014年12月至2015年6月進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的一般人口學(xué)資料、心理資本、組織支持和社會(huì)支持。最終得到300份有效問卷。利用EpiData 3.1建立數(shù)據(jù)庫、SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,使用均數(shù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、例數(shù)、百分比等描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的基本描述。采用兩獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析進(jìn)行單因素分析,采用Pearson相關(guān)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,將差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的變量引入回歸模型,采用多元逐步回歸分析探討?zhàn)B老護(hù)理員心理資本的影響因素。結(jié)果1.河南省開封市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本得分為64.67±27.17分,處于低等水平;其中樂觀維度得分最低為8.96±4.23分,自我效能維度得分最高為19.69±9.02分。2.單因素分析結(jié)果顯示河南省開封市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員的年齡、文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、是否會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)行、工作滿意度、平均工作時(shí)間影響其心理資本。3.河南省開封市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本與組織支持(r=0.310,P0.001)、社會(huì)支持(r=0.938,P0.001)存在正相關(guān),組織支持或社會(huì)支持得分越高,心理資本的得分越高。4.以心理資本為因變量,單因素分析結(jié)果有意義的因素為自變量,對(duì)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員心理資本進(jìn)行多元線性回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示組織支持、社會(huì)支持、文化程度、工作時(shí)間、工作滿意度是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本的主要影響因子(P0.001)。結(jié)論1.河南省開封市養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員心理資本處于較低水平。年齡、文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、婚姻狀況、工作滿意度、是否會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)行、平均工作時(shí)間是護(hù)理員心理資本的主要影響因素。2.養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理員的心理資本與組織支持和社會(huì)支持呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Henan city pension agency nurses psychological capital status, analysis of influencing factors of nurses in nursing homes of psychological capital. To provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of nursing home staff psychological capital, lay the foundation for improving the quality of nursing service pension institutions. 312 nursing assistants using the method of convenience sampling from Henan province. 20 pension institutions, conducted a questionnaire survey from December 2014 to June 2015. The general demographic data, the survey includes the nursing staff's psychological capital, organizational support and social support. We obtained 300 valid questionnaires. Using EpiData 3.1 to establish a database, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, mean, standard deviation, the number of cases of. The percentage of basic descriptive data descriptive statistical method. Using two independent samples t test, variance analysis of single factor analysis, using Pearson. Close correlation analysis, the difference was statistically significant variables into the regression model, using stepwise regression analysis to explore the influence factors of nursing staff of psychological capital. The pension institutions in Henan province 1. City nurses psychological capital score was 64.67 + 27.17 points, at the low level; the optimistic lowest score was 8.96 + 4.23 self efficacy, the highest score was 19.69 + 9.02.2. single factor analysis showed that the pension institutions of Henan province city nursing staff's age, education level, economic status, job satisfaction will change, the average working time, influence of pension institutions and their psychological capital of Henan province.3. City nurses psychological capital and organizational support (r=0.310, P0.001), social support (r=0.938, P0.001) there is a positive correlation, organizational support and social support, the higher the score, the higher the score of psychological capital, psychological capital in.4. As the dependent variable, single factor analysis showed significant factors as independent variables, the nursing staff of psychological capital in multiple linear regression analysis showed that organizational support, social support, education level, work time, work satisfaction of nurses in nursing homes is the main influencing factor of psychological capital (P0.001). Conclusion: 1. nurses psychological capital Henan city pension institutions at a relatively low level.
