【摘要】：2013年江西省政府從產(chǎn)業(yè)、開放、創(chuàng)新、區(qū)域四個方面制定了的全面升級戰(zhàn)略,希望通過承接?xùn)|南沿海地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移來促進本省經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。而伴隨著當(dāng)前第四次國際產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移浪潮,產(chǎn)業(yè)由發(fā)達國家向發(fā)展中國家轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢明顯,以及由于我國東南沿海地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著迫切轉(zhuǎn)型升級的需要,部分產(chǎn)業(yè)向內(nèi)陸地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移成為必然。本文研究產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)對江西經(jīng)濟增長的影響。首先,本文從國際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移浪潮和國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移趨勢背景下引出所研究的問題,并對論文相關(guān)事項進行簡單闡述,之后對相關(guān)國內(nèi)外文獻進行整理歸納。從產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移如何促進經(jīng)濟增長進行理論分析,認(rèn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移通過技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、就業(yè)擴大效應(yīng)和資本積累效應(yīng)三個路徑間接推動著經(jīng)濟的增長。其次,本文立足于前人的研究,以Cobb-Douglas生產(chǎn)函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸模型,選取具有代表性的指標(biāo),并對這些指標(biāo)的樣本數(shù)據(jù)描述性統(tǒng)計分析。其中,樣本空間是從2006年至2014年江西省11個市的相關(guān)面板數(shù)據(jù)。最后,本文運用上述構(gòu)建的計量模型進行分析,第一階段通過單根檢驗、協(xié)整分析、Hausman檢驗等分析技術(shù)實證分析確定產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移具有明顯的優(yōu)化效應(yīng)、擴大效應(yīng)和發(fā)展效應(yīng)。第二階段通過模型進行OLS面板回歸分析技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、就業(yè)擴大效應(yīng)和資本積累效應(yīng)對經(jīng)濟增長的影響程度。最終研究結(jié)果顯示:江西承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與江西經(jīng)濟增長具有長期穩(wěn)定的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,江西省承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、就業(yè)擴大效應(yīng)和資本積累效應(yīng)對江西經(jīng)濟增長有作用顯著�；谝陨涎芯�,筆者認(rèn)為江西應(yīng)抓住歷史機遇,制定產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)劃和相應(yīng)的區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)機制,建設(shè)好承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的載體。加強基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),提高產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力。通過優(yōu)化承接環(huán)境,強化服務(wù)意識,提高公共服務(wù)效率,為江西承接國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移打下堅實的基礎(chǔ),促進江西經(jīng)濟更好更快地增長。
[Abstract]:In 2013 the government of Jiangxi province from the industry, opening, innovation, four aspects of regional developed a comprehensive upgrade strategy, hope to promote the development of the economy of the province through the southeast coastal areas to undertake industrial transfer. And with fourth times the current wave of international industrial transfer, industry from developed countries to developing countries and the trend is clearly the industrial area in the southeast coast of China is faced with the urgent need of transformation and upgrading, industrial inland transfer becomes inevitable. This paper studies the industrial transfer effect to the economic growth of Jiangxi. Firstly, this paper studies the transfer wave and leads to the transfer of the domestic industry trend under the background of the international industry, and the related issues on the paper then, the relevant literature at home and abroad was summarized. From the industrial transfer to promote economic growth through theoretical analysis, industrial transfer The technology spillover effect, employment effect and capital accumulation effect three indirectly promote the economic growth. Secondly, based on the previous research, the Cobb-Douglas production function as the basis, to construct the panel data model, selecting representative indicators, and sample data descriptive statistical analysis of these norms. Among them, the sample space is from the panel data of 11 cities from 2006 to 2014 in Jiangxi province. Finally, this paper uses econometric models built above analysis, the first stage through the unit root test, cointegration analysis, empirical analysis of technology Hausman test has obvious optimization effect analysis to determine the transfer of industries, expanding the effect and development of second stages. The OLS panel through the model regression analysis of technology spillover effect, employment effect and capital accumulation effect on economic growth. The final degree of study The results show that Jiangxi has to undertake the long-term stability of the positive correlation between industrial transfer and economic growth in Jiangxi, undertake the technology spillover effect of industrial transfer in Jiangxi Province, employment rate and capital accumulation effect on Jiangxi's economic growth has a significant function. Based on the above research, the author believes that Jiangxi should seize the historical opportunity to develop the industrial transfer and the corresponding planning the regional coordination mechanism, the construction of a good carrier of undertaking industrial transfer. To strengthen infrastructure construction, improve industrial supporting capacity. By optimizing the undertaking environment, enhance service awareness, improve the efficiency of public services, for Jiangxi to undertake industrial transfer at home and abroad to lay a solid foundation, Jiangxi to promote better and faster economic growth.
