【摘要】：物流業(yè)是泰國(guó)的第四大支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè),其作用對(duì)泰國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是不言而喻的。為了滿足泰國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際物流業(yè)的發(fā)展,泰國(guó)于1991年啟動(dòng)林查班港的建設(shè)工程。自1991年以來(lái),其飛速發(fā)展的物流業(yè)務(wù),對(duì)泰國(guó)的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了強(qiáng)有力的推動(dòng)作用。2015年林查班港以678萬(wàn)標(biāo)箱的吞吐量在世界港口中排名第21,其發(fā)展之快規(guī)模之大已受到了全世界的關(guān)注;同時(shí)2015年?yáng)|盟經(jīng)濟(jì)共同體的形成,林查班港面臨著越來(lái)越多的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。為了研究林查班港國(guó)際物流功能和效率,本文以供應(yīng)鏈理論為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研和搜集數(shù)據(jù)等方式,以參考文獻(xiàn)法,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法,歸納比較法對(duì)林查班港進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),林查班港在飛速發(fā)展和建設(shè)的同時(shí),存在著物流功能整合不強(qiáng)、運(yùn)輸成本高、綜合服務(wù)欠缺等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題阻礙了林查班港的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文從運(yùn)輸、運(yùn)營(yíng)、物流系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)、物流服務(wù)鏈增值、物流成本多個(gè)思路出發(fā),探討了林查班港國(guó)際物流功能優(yōu)化的路徑,提出了加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),建立市場(chǎng)化服務(wù)體系,加強(qiáng)物流聯(lián)運(yùn),出臺(tái)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),培養(yǎng)港口人才,提高信息技術(shù)等相關(guān)建議,以促進(jìn)林查班港國(guó)際物流功能的優(yōu)化和改善,提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry is the fourth largest pillar industry in Thailand, its effect on Thailand's economic development is self-evident. In order to meet in Thailand, the development of international logistics industry, Thailand in 1991 started the construction of Laem Chabang Port. Since 1991, the rapid development of the logistics business of Thailand's import and export trade and economic development a strong impetus to.2015 to 6 million 780 thousand TEU Laem Chabang Port Throughput ranked twenty-first in the world in the fast development of the port, the large scale has received worldwide attention; at the same time in 2015 the formation of the ASEAN economic community, Laem Chabang Port is facing more and more opportunities and challenges. In order to study the Laem Chabang Port International Logistics Function and the efficiency, based on the theory of supply chain, through field research and data collection etc., to refer to the literature method, statistical analysis method, comparison method of Laem Chabang Port into For the relevant research. The survey found that, in the rapid development of Laem Chabang Port and construction at the same time, the existence of logistics function integration is not strong, high transport costs, comprehensive service issues such as lack of sustainable development. These problems have hindered the Laem Chabang Port. From the transportation, operations, Logistics Department unified coordinated, logistics service chain, starting the logistics cost of multiple ideas, discusses the function optimization of Laem Chabang Port International Logistics path, put forward to strengthen infrastructure construction, establish a market-oriented service system, strengthen the logistics transport, the introduction of a unified standard, the talents cultivation, improve information technology and other related suggestions, in order to promote the optimization and improvement of Laem Chabang Port International logistics function, improve the comprehensive competition ability.
