【摘要】:計(jì)量器具型式評(píng)價(jià)是指為確定計(jì)量器具型式可否予以批準(zhǔn),或是否應(yīng)當(dāng)簽發(fā)拒絕批準(zhǔn)文件,而對(duì)該計(jì)量器具的型式進(jìn)行的一種檢查。其目的是為型式批準(zhǔn)提供技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià),作為給予或拒絕給予所申請(qǐng)的計(jì)量器具型式批準(zhǔn)的依據(jù)。計(jì)量器具型式評(píng)價(jià)直接影響著型式批準(zhǔn)的結(jié)果,同時(shí)也在很大程度上決定了生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。型式評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)于法定計(jì)量檢定機(jī)構(gòu)有著重要的意義,而傳統(tǒng)的工作模式并不能保證型式評(píng)價(jià)工作的及時(shí)性、有效性和規(guī)范性。為了提高遼寧省計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院型式評(píng)價(jià)工作的有效性,規(guī)范型式評(píng)價(jià)業(yè)務(wù)流程,加強(qiáng)對(duì)型式評(píng)價(jià)工作的管理,建立高效的型式評(píng)價(jià)管理系統(tǒng)是十分必要的。 基于對(duì)型式評(píng)價(jià)信息化流程的研究和分析,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了型式評(píng)價(jià)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由業(yè)務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)、研究所管理子系統(tǒng)、質(zhì)量管理子系統(tǒng)和財(cái)務(wù)管理子系統(tǒng)組成。系統(tǒng)采用C/S三層體系結(jié)構(gòu),使用Microsoft Visual Studio2008作為開發(fā)工具,開發(fā)語(yǔ)言為C#,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器采用Oracle10g。本系統(tǒng)利用.Net Remoting技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了分布式通信,利用FTP技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源與文件共享和集中管理,利用BarTender實(shí)現(xiàn)了樣品條碼的設(shè)計(jì)與打印,利用ADO.NET、存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程、事務(wù)機(jī)制等實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)的訪問(wèn)與操作,同時(shí)采用了COM組件、電子簽名等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了型式評(píng)價(jià)業(yè)務(wù)的信息自動(dòng)化。本系統(tǒng)按照各部門人員的職責(zé)范圍對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的權(quán)限控制,同時(shí)在程序上規(guī)范了型式評(píng)價(jià)業(yè)務(wù)流程。 本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景和目的,然后介紹了開發(fā)系統(tǒng)使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)。按照軟件開發(fā)流程,本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳盡的需求分析,包括型式評(píng)價(jià)信息化流程分析、系統(tǒng)功能分析和數(shù)據(jù)流分析;然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);基于系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),本文詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)及使用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù);最后,介紹了系統(tǒng)的單元測(cè)試、集成測(cè)試、確認(rèn)測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,本系統(tǒng)基本滿足用戶的所有功能性需求及非功能性需求,很好地規(guī)范了型式評(píng)價(jià)業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高了型式評(píng)價(jià)的及時(shí)性、有效性。
[Abstract]:Evaluation of the measuring instrument model refers to determine the type of measuring instruments can be approved, or whether it should issue a check refused approval documents, and the type of measuring instruments. The purpose is to provide technical data and technical evaluation for type approval, approved as instruments of measurement to give or to refuse to grant the application basis type of measuring instruments. The evaluation results directly affect the type approval, but also determines the quality of the products in the field of production to a great extent. Type evaluation is of great significance to the legal metrological verification institution, and the traditional work mode and cannot guarantee the pattern evaluation of the timeliness, effectiveness and standardization in order to improve. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Liaoning Institute of metrology work type, specification of type evaluation of business processes, strengthen the type of evaluation management, the establishment of high efficiency Type evaluation management system is very necessary.
Research and analysis of the types of information evaluation based on process, this paper designed and implemented a type evaluation management system. The system consists of business management subsystem, management subsystem research, quality management system and financial management subsystem. The system adopts C/S three layer architecture, using Microsoft Visual Studio2008 as a development tool, the development of language C#, database server using Oracle10g. the system uses.Net Remoting technology to realize distributed communication, realize resource and file sharing and centralized management by using FTP technology, using BarTender to achieve the design and printing, bar code samples using ADO.NET, stored procedure, transaction mechanism to achieve access and manipulate data, while using the COM component the electronic signature technology to achieve automatic information type evaluation business. This system is in accordance with the scope of responsibilities of the personnel system The function is strictly controlled by the authority, and the type evaluation business process is standardized on the program.
This paper introduces the system development background and purpose, and then introduces the related technology development system. According to the software development process, this paper carried out a detailed analysis of the demand of the system, including the analysis of information flow pattern evaluation, system function analysis and data flow analysis; then the overall architecture design and function module design of the system further, the design of the system database; based on the system design, this paper introduces the implementation and application of key technology of the main function module of the system; finally, introduces the system unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and system testing. After testing, the system can satisfy the users all the functional requirements and non functional requirements well, the standard type evaluation of business process, improve the type of evaluation of the timeliness, effectiveness.
