特殊地質(zhì)條件下的高層建筑基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:廣州蘿崗水西路燕山一帶均為花崗巖地貌,因長(zhǎng)期的地質(zhì)風(fēng)化作用形成孤石群地層,構(gòu)成一種特殊的地質(zhì)條件?臻g分布毫無(wú)規(guī)律的孤石、孤石群嚴(yán)重困擾建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)選型、設(shè)計(jì)和施工。本文結(jié)合場(chǎng)地的巖土地質(zhì)條件,采取增加施工鉆探、長(zhǎng)短樁結(jié)合、適當(dāng)補(bǔ)樁和局部改用沖孔灌注樁,并考慮地下室和上部結(jié)構(gòu)整體剛度大的有利因素,采用以高強(qiáng)預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁為主輔以極少量的沖孔灌注樁的基礎(chǔ)型式,較好地解決了復(fù)雜孤石場(chǎng)地高層建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)難題。實(shí)測(cè)效果表明:所運(yùn)用的技術(shù)措施合理、安全可靠,達(dá)到了縮短工期和降低造價(jià)的雙重目的,可為類(lèi)似場(chǎng)地上工程項(xiàng)目的地基處理和基礎(chǔ)選型設(shè)計(jì)提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:The Yanshan area of Luogang Shuishui Road in Guangzhou is granite geomorphology, which forms a special geological condition due to the formation of isolated stone group strata due to long-term geological weathering. The isolated stone with irregular spatial distribution seriously puzzles the basic selection, design and construction of the construction project. Combined with the geotechnical geological conditions of the site, this paper adopts the addition of construction drilling, the combination of long and short piles, the proper filling pile and the local replacement of punched cast-in-place pile, and takes into account the favorable factors of large overall stiffness of basement and superstructure, and adopts the foundation type of high strength prestressed pipe pile supplemented by a very small amount of punched cast-in-place pile, which solves the difficult problem of foundation design of high-rise building in complex isolated stone site. The measured results show that the technical measures used are reasonable, safe and reliable, and achieve the dual purpose of shortening the construction period and reducing the cost, and can provide valuable reference for foundation treatment and foundation selection design of similar projects on the site.
