【摘要】：針對(duì)鎂水泥混凝土自身氯離子對(duì)鋼筋的腐蝕而降低了鎂水泥鋼筋混凝土工作壽命的問(wèn)題,提出利用久美特涂層來(lái)緩解氯鹽對(duì)鋼筋的腐蝕作用。試驗(yàn)通過(guò)利用電化學(xué)工作站對(duì)久美特涂層鋼筋的鎂水泥鋼筋混凝土試件在自然環(huán)境下和水環(huán)境以及氯化鎂溶液中的極化曲線進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)對(duì)腐蝕電流密度和腐蝕電位的分析得出久美特涂層可以很好的保護(hù)鎂水泥鋼筋混凝土中的鋼筋免受腐蝕,并且混凝土保護(hù)層厚度越大鋼筋的腐蝕電流密度就越小。在最后腐蝕達(dá)到穩(wěn)定后,久美特涂層鋼筋腐蝕電流密度的數(shù)量級(jí)是鋼筋無(wú)銹蝕時(shí)的100分之一,從而得出久美特涂層對(duì)鎂水泥鋼筋混凝土中的鋼筋起到很好的保護(hù)作用,使得鎂水泥混凝土在鹽漬土中依然可以擁有很好的工作性能。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the corrosion of magnesium cement concrete by chloride ion reduces the working life of magnesium cement reinforced concrete, a long meth coating is proposed to alleviate the corrosion effect of chloride on steel bar. The polarization curves of magnesium cement reinforced concrete specimens coated with Gumet steel bars in natural environment, water environment and magnesium chloride solution were analyzed by means of electrochemical workstation. The results show that the corrosion current density and corrosion potential of the steel bar in magnesium cement reinforced concrete can be well protected by the analysis of corrosion current density and corrosion potential, and the larger the thickness of the concrete protective layer is, the smaller the corrosion current density of the steel bar is. After the final corrosion is stable, the order of magnitude of corrosion current density of Jumet coated steel bar is one hundred of that of steel bar without corrosion. It is concluded that Gumet coating has a good protective effect on the steel bar in magnesium cement reinforced concrete, so that magnesium cement concrete can still have good working performance in saline soil.
