基于ZigBee技術(shù)的中央空調(diào)無線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of society, central air conditioning system, as an important part of intelligent building, has attracted more and more attention. Because the energy consumption of central air conditioning system is large (accounting for about 30% of the total energy consumption of the whole intelligent building) and it is not easy to centralize intelligent management, how to use advanced control technology to carry out effective energy saving control of central air conditioning and ZigBee network centralized management of central air conditioning has become a hot issue in the field of control. In order to solve the problem of complex wired wiring and high cost. In this paper, a central air conditioning monitoring system based on wireless network is designed, and the centralized intelligent management and remote communication of central air conditioning are realized. ZigBee technology is used to manage and control the central air conditioning system. A ZigBee network communication technology based on CC2430 and ZigBee protocol stack is proposed to realize the remote control of central air conditioning. The fan coil at the end of central air conditioning is connected to realize unified management and control. The overall scheme of central air conditioning monitoring system and the overall structure of ZigBee network are designed, and the hardware and software of the system are designed. The modularization design method is adopted, including CC2430 module, wireless transceiver module, temperature and humidity sensor module and bottom board STM32F103 module. The software design adopts the construction of ZigBee subnet and the design method of the bottom version, and designs the management software of the central air conditioning monitoring system. The ZigBee wireless sensor network routing algorithm based on ACO-AODV algorithm reduces the overall network energy consumption to a certain extent, and can reduce the failure nodes while maintaining the network performance with low delay, thus prolonging the service life of the whole ZigBee network. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation experiments. Aiming at the ZigBee network of central air conditioning, which has many nodes and is prone to errors and faults, a EAFT fault-tolerant routing algorithm based on energy balance and ant colony optimization is proposed. The simulation results show that the EAFT algorithm has obvious effect on fault tolerance and energy saving, and has practical application value. Based on the analysis of the working principle of VAV air conditioning system and the traditional VAV air conditioning control algorithm, the central air conditioning control system based on fuzzy neural network based on genetic algorithm is designed in this paper. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the weight of neural network, and the fuzzy control rules in fuzzy controller are adjusted by the output of neural network, and the optimal control of the system is realized. So that the variable air volume air conditioning can achieve a more ideal control effect.
