【摘要】：基于國產(chǎn)鋁合金材料研制防屈曲耗能支撐構(gòu)件,并進(jìn)行了擬靜力試驗(yàn).試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明構(gòu)件滯回曲線穩(wěn)定飽滿,具有較好的耗能能力,相對(duì)于鋼材而言鋁合金材料的應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化現(xiàn)象十分明顯.基于Chaboche循環(huán)塑性本構(gòu)模型,通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)定了相關(guān)材料參數(shù)并應(yīng)用于構(gòu)件有限元分析,分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好.利用Abaqus軟件平臺(tái)二次開發(fā)了能夠應(yīng)用于梁單元進(jìn)行減震結(jié)構(gòu)彈塑性分析的單軸雙面模型,通過與Chaboche模型的對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了單軸雙面模型的準(zhǔn)確性.研究結(jié)果可為準(zhǔn)確分析鋁合金構(gòu)件在地震作用下的受力性能提供相應(yīng)依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Based on the domestic aluminum alloy material, the anti-buckling energy dissipation bracing member is developed, and the quasi-static test is carried out. The experimental results show that the hysteretic curve of the component is stable and full, and has a good energy consumption capacity. Compared with the steel, the strain strengthening phenomenon of aluminum alloy is very obvious. Based on Chaboche cyclic plastic constitutive model, the related material parameters are calibrated by test data and applied to finite element analysis of components. The analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results. A single-axis double-sided model which can be used in the elastic-plastic analysis of beam elements is developed by using Abaqus software platform. The accuracy of the single-axis double-sided model is verified by comparing with the Chaboche model. The research results can provide the corresponding basis for the accurate analysis of the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy members under earthquake.
