基于GPRS和MBUS遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線抄表系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目前遠(yuǎn)程抄表多半采用短信通信定時(shí)上報(bào)方式進(jìn)行抄表,這種抄表方式比較落后、費(fèi)用高、實(shí)時(shí)性差、遠(yuǎn)程控制能力差、無(wú)法及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水表的運(yùn)行情況等缺點(diǎn),本文針對(duì)目前抄表方式存在種種弊端,提出并設(shè)計(jì)了基于GPRS無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的實(shí)時(shí)在線遠(yuǎn)程抄表系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具有實(shí)時(shí)在線、傳輸可靠、遠(yuǎn)程控制、快速高效管理水表等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文設(shè)計(jì)了遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線抄表系統(tǒng)由抄表管理中心、抄表設(shè)備、水表組成。抄表管理系統(tǒng)與抄表設(shè)備是通過(guò)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程通信,抄表設(shè)備與水表之間通過(guò)MBUS總線形成一個(gè)主從網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)管理中心,使用C#開(kāi)發(fā)了抄表設(shè)備出廠參數(shù)設(shè)置軟件用于在設(shè)備出廠前參數(shù)設(shè)置,開(kāi)發(fā)Socket服務(wù)器端通信軟件、數(shù)據(jù)解析、存儲(chǔ)和查詢(xún)軟件,用于遠(yuǎn)程抄收水表數(shù)據(jù)的管理;在抄表設(shè)備上開(kāi)發(fā)了GPRS通信控制程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸終端與數(shù)據(jù)管理中心之間的實(shí)時(shí)在線通信,開(kāi)發(fā)MBUS總線驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)MBUS與水表之間通訊,并且制定數(shù)據(jù)管理中心、抄表設(shè)備與水表之間的通訊協(xié)議。遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)管理中心、抄表設(shè)備、水表之間數(shù)據(jù)采用透明轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)的方式,遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)管理中心通過(guò)通訊協(xié)議管理系統(tǒng)下所有的抄表設(shè)備和水表,包括抄表設(shè)備基本信息和運(yùn)行參數(shù)的修改,水表數(shù)據(jù)的抄收、調(diào)價(jià)、開(kāi)關(guān)閥門(mén)等操作。隨著電子技術(shù)和無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)迅速的發(fā)展,基于GPRS無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)在線抄表技術(shù)越來(lái)越成熟,傳統(tǒng)人工抄表和基于GSM主動(dòng)上報(bào)抄表方式很容易被基于GPRS實(shí)時(shí)在線抄表方式所取代,該系統(tǒng)具有廣闊和良好的應(yīng)用發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the remote meter reading adopts SMS communication and timing report to read the meter, which is relatively backward, the cost is high, the real-time performance is poor, the remote control ability is poor, and it is unable to monitor the operation of the water meter in time and accurately. In view of the disadvantages of the current meter reading mode, a real-time online remote meter reading system based on GPRS wireless network is proposed and designed in this paper. The system has the advantages of real-time online, reliable transmission, remote control, fast and efficient water meter management and so on. In this paper, a remote wireless meter reading system is designed, which is composed of meter reading management center, meter reading equipment and water meter. Meter reading management system and meter reading equipment communicate remotely through GPRS network, and a master-slave network is formed between meter reading equipment and water meter through MBUS bus. In the remote data management center, the meter reading equipment factory parameter setting software is developed by using C # to set the parameters before the equipment leaves the factory, and the Socket server communication software, data analysis, storage and query software are developed. It is used for the management of remote reading and collecting meter data. The GPRS communication control program is developed on the meter reading equipment, which realizes the real-time online communication between the data transmission terminal and the data management center, develops the MBUS bus driver, realizes the communication between MBUS and the water meter, and formulates the data management center. Communication protocol between meter reading equipment and water meter. The data between remote data management center, meter reading equipment and water meter adopts transparent forwarding mode, and the remote data management center manages all meter reading equipment and water meter under the communication protocol management system. Including meter reading equipment basic information and operation parameters modification, water meter data reading, price adjustment, switch valve and other operations. With the rapid development of electronic technology and wireless network, the remote real-time online meter reading technology based on GPRS wireless network is becoming more and more mature. The traditional manual meter reading method and the active reporting meter reading method based on GSM are easily replaced by the real-time online meter reading method based on GPRS. The system has a broad and good application and development prospect.
