【摘要】：針對考慮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略選擇問題,提出了一種案例決策分析方法。首先,將當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對問題視為目標(biāo)案例,并將收集到的一些相似項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對案例視為歷史案例,在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過判斷歷史案例涉及的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是否涵蓋目標(biāo)案例涉及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來提取可用歷史案例,并通過相似度計(jì)算及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)的處理來提取相似歷史案例;然后,通過分析相似歷史案例的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略與目標(biāo)案例涉及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的應(yīng)對關(guān)系來進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略的不適用性分析及修正,并形成針對目標(biāo)案例的備選風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略,進(jìn)一步地,通過評價(jià)關(guān)于各備選風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對的成本和預(yù)期效果來對其進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。最后,通過一個(gè)實(shí)例分析說明了本文給出方法的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a case-based decision-making method is proposed for the selection of project risk response strategies considering risk correlation. First, consider the current project risk response as a target case, and some of the similar project risk response cases collected as historical cases. By judging whether the risks involved in historical cases cover the risks involved in the target cases, the available historical cases are extracted, and similar historical cases are extracted through similarity calculation and risk correlation processing. Then, through the analysis of the risk response strategies of similar historical cases and the risk response relationship of the target cases, the inapplicability of the risk response strategies is analyzed and revised, and the alternative risk response strategies for the target cases are formed. Further, it is optimized by evaluating the cost and expected effectiveness of the risk response for each alternative risk response strategy. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
