植筋膠與混凝土界面結(jié)合性能的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為探究植筋膠與混凝土之間的界面結(jié)合性能,設(shè)計(jì)了混凝土植筋擠壓試驗(yàn)方案。即在混凝土試塊鉆孔、注膠、植筋后,通過(guò)在鋼筋頂部施加壓力將植筋膠體包裹著鋼筋一起壓出混凝土試塊。經(jīng)過(guò)探索性試驗(yàn)后對(duì)試驗(yàn)方案進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),使得所有試件均發(fā)生所預(yù)期的植筋膠與混凝土的界面破壞,且不出現(xiàn)混凝土錐體破壞。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,植筋膠與混凝土界面的壓力-滑移曲線呈明顯的三階段模式,即彈性粘結(jié)段、粘滯滑移段、摩擦滑移段。彈性粘結(jié)段的界面結(jié)合力以化學(xué)粘結(jié)力為主,黏滯滑移段的界面結(jié)合力以機(jī)械嚙合力為主,摩擦滑移段的界面結(jié)合力以摩擦力為主。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果回歸得到植筋膠-混凝土界面黏結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)關(guān)系,可用于植筋黏結(jié)的有限元分析。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the interfacial bonding performance between reinforced plastic and concrete, the extrusion test scheme of reinforced concrete was designed. That is to say, after drilling in the concrete test block, injecting glue and planting reinforcement, by applying pressure on the top of the steel bar, the colloid of the planting bar is pressed out of the concrete test block together with the steel bar wrapped in the steel bar. After exploratory test, the experimental scheme is improved, so that the interface failure between reinforcements and concrete is expected to occur in all specimens, and no concrete cone failure occurs. The experimental results show that the pressure-slip curve of the interface between reinforcements and concrete shows a three-stage model, that is, elastic bond section, viscous slip section and friction slip section. The interfacial bonding force of elastic bond segment is mainly chemical bonding force, the interfacial bonding force of viscous sliding section is mainly mechanical meshing force, and the interfacial bonding force of friction sliding section is mainly friction force. According to the experimental results, the bond slip constitutive relation of the adhesive-concrete interface is obtained, which can be used for the finite element analysis of the bond between the steel bar and the concrete.
