【摘要】：伴隨著社會(huì)科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,全世界各國(guó)人口的結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生著變化,人口老齡化既是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的必然結(jié)果,又是社會(huì)將面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)之一。在全球人口老齡化趨勢(shì)不可避免的前提下,我國(guó)已經(jīng)加入了“老齡型”國(guó)家的行列。西安作為十三朝古都與當(dāng)代國(guó)內(nèi)重要的省會(huì)城市,人口老齡化所造成的社會(huì)問題日趨顯著。所以西安的老年人居住問題一方面具有一定時(shí)代的普遍性,另一方面又具有一定的地域特殊性。這既是筆者行文的起點(diǎn)。當(dāng)代老年人居住空間,已經(jīng)不同于傳統(tǒng)意義下子嗣敬老的居住模式,同樣包含有醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、企事業(yè)單位、社會(huì)團(tuán)體或組織、綜合性社會(huì)福利機(jī)構(gòu)的一個(gè)部門或者分支機(jī)構(gòu)等構(gòu)成的機(jī)構(gòu)式養(yǎng)老方式。筆者從這些機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老方式下建筑實(shí)體空間構(gòu)成、室外空間評(píng)述、安全性與無障礙設(shè)計(jì)的考慮、社交與文化生活的營(yíng)造等方面對(duì)西安的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老居住空間現(xiàn)狀所進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)研和記錄,一方面揭示了機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老居住空間作為城市必要構(gòu)成部分在西安的當(dāng)代實(shí)際意義;另一方面,對(duì)于個(gè)別重點(diǎn)案例進(jìn)行了圖紙記錄,對(duì)于改善此類建筑的設(shè)計(jì)手法與方式也具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。筆者行文主要包括以下四個(gè)部分。首先從當(dāng)前西安老年人的需求出發(fā),總結(jié)西安老年人的經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活、精神、文化、社交等一系列需求作為空間調(diào)研的起點(diǎn)。第二部分,筆者總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),參考老年社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)環(huán)境行為學(xué)等基礎(chǔ)資料,擬定調(diào)研方式與技術(shù)路線,對(duì)位于西安的多家機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老人居環(huán)境進(jìn)行了調(diào)研;第三部分,筆者總結(jié)了部分調(diào)研成果,對(duì)部分重點(diǎn)案例進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)解讀,詳實(shí)記錄當(dāng)前西安機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老人居環(huán)境的內(nèi)部、外部空間狀況,展示此類建筑在西安的地域化空間特質(zhì)與生活場(chǎng)景;最后筆者通過對(duì)西安此類案例與規(guī)范化設(shè)計(jì)及其國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)案例的對(duì)比,總結(jié)了西安機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老居住空間需要改進(jìn)與加強(qiáng)的方面,同時(shí)提出了較為粗淺的意見與建議,以期對(duì)于指導(dǎo)未來設(shè)計(jì)、總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)一般方法提供部分文獻(xiàn)支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of social science and technology and economy, the population structure of every country in the world is changing. The aging of population is not only the inevitable result of social progress, but also one of the major challenges that society will face. Under the inevitable trend of global population aging, China has joined the ranks of old-age countries. Xi'an, as an important provincial capital city in the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties and contemporary China, the social problems caused by the aging of population are becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, Xi'an 's residential problem of the elderly has a certain era of universality, on the other hand, has a certain regional particularity. This is not only the starting point of the author's writing. The living space of the contemporary elderly is different from the traditional mode of living with heirs and elders. It also includes medical institutions, enterprises and institutions, social organizations or organizations. An institutional form of old-age care consisting of a department or branch of a comprehensive social welfare institution. The author considers the structure of architectural entity space, outdoor space, safety and barrier-free design under the old-age mode of these institutions. The construction of social and cultural life deeply investigates and records the present situation of institutional residential space for the aged in Xi'an, on the one hand, it reveals the contemporary practical significance of institutional residential space for the aged as an essential component of the city in Xi'an; On the other hand, it is of practical significance to improve the design methods and methods of this kind of buildings by drawing records for individual key cases. The author mainly includes the following four parts. Firstly, from the needs of the elderly in Xi'an, this paper summarizes the needs of the elderly in Xi'an, such as economy, life, spirit, culture, social and so on, as the starting point of spatial investigation. In the second part, the author summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad, makes reference to the basic materials such as sociology of the aged, psychology environmental behavior and so on, draws up the investigation method and technical route, and makes a survey on the living environment of many institutions in Xi'an. In the third part, the author summarizes some research results, interprets some key cases systematically, and records the internal and external spatial conditions of Xi'an institutional living environment for the aged. To show the regional spatial characteristics and life scene of this kind of architecture in Xi'an; Finally, by comparing the case of Xi'an with the standardized design and the advanced cases at home and abroad, the author summarizes the aspects that need to be improved and strengthened in the housing space for the aged in Xi'an, and at the same time puts forward some shallow opinions and suggestions. In order to guide the future design, summary design general methods to provide part of the literature support.
