地質(zhì)聚合物基泡沫陶瓷材料的制備

【摘要】:為開發(fā)建筑用泡沫陶瓷保溫材料,基于超輕質(zhì)泡沫地質(zhì)聚合物的制備工藝,探索了高溫?zé)Y(jié)制備地質(zhì)聚合物基泡沫陶瓷材料的工藝途徑,研究了泡沫地質(zhì)聚合物坯體的干燥和燒成制度對泡沫陶瓷性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用3 d室內(nèi)自然干燥,5℃/h的速度升溫到105℃并保溫24 h的干燥制度,可避免泡沫地質(zhì)聚合物坯體在干燥過程中的開裂;試樣燒結(jié)過程中,600℃后以60℃/h的升溫速度緩慢升溫到1000℃并保溫2 h,可避免制品開裂。所制泡沫陶瓷干密度262 kg/m3、抗壓強度2.34 MPa、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)0.099W/(m·K),符合JG/T 042—2013要求。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the thermal insulation material of building foam ceramics, based on the preparation technology of super light foamed geopolymers, the process of preparing geopolymer-based foam ceramic materials by high temperature sintering was explored. The effects of drying and sintering systems of geopolymer foam billet on the properties of foam ceramics were studied.
