風景旅游建筑及其規(guī)劃設計研究

【摘要】:風景旅游建筑是風景名勝區(qū)開展旅游活動的重要物質保障,是旅游系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計水平將影響到游客的游憩滿意度以及景區(qū)認同感。本文以風景旅游建筑為研究對象,通過政策與案例的研究,結合耦合理論,提出了“風景旅游建筑—場地—人”的耦合模型。運用文獻研究、實證研究、層次分析法、心理物理學以及時空行為學等方法建立起系統(tǒng)化的風景旅游建筑理論體系,并形成了與之相適應的規(guī)劃設計方法。本文的主體從以下四個部分展開。第一部分從風景名勝區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計與建設現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),提出了風景旅游建筑的科學概念并系統(tǒng)梳理了其歷史脈絡與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,建立起風景旅游建筑的耦合系統(tǒng)并對之進行了詳細的解析與闡釋。通過國內外政策與案例研究得出:美國與臺灣地區(qū)國家公園規(guī)劃設計,尤其是國家公園建筑設計的經(jīng)驗與做法對我國大陸地區(qū)的風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計具有重要的參考價值。第二部分分別從場地空間環(huán)境與場地形態(tài)表征兩個方面探討了風景旅游建筑與場地之間的耦合關系,并提出了與之相應的設計策略與手法。利用專家打分、層次分析法(AHP)建立起了風景旅游建筑與場地的耦合度評價體系,并通過實際案例操作示范了該評價體系的應用過程。第三部分從游客的心理與行為需求出發(fā),探討了風景旅游建筑與人(游客)之間的耦合關系。結合心理物理學、環(huán)境偏好矩陣等理論,利用問卷調查、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,建立了風景旅游建筑的視覺評價與分析方法并得出結論:文化性、獨特性、環(huán)境融合性以及自然性是影響大眾對于風景旅游建筑視覺評價最重要的因子。結合時空行為學、時間地理學等理論,利用問卷調查、時空行為觀察、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,以青城后山的休憩亭廊為具體對象展開了實證研究,探討了風景旅游建筑與游客行為之間的關聯(lián)性,并得出了能夠指導今后風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計的結論與建議。第四部分是基于前文的風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計應用,從規(guī)劃設計原則、集成化規(guī)劃設計流程等方面建立起了風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計的方法體系,并通過實際案例——貴州西江苗寨旅游服務區(qū)規(guī)劃設計進行了剖析。形成了游客中心、旅游公廁以及避難小屋的示范性規(guī)劃設計導則,為今后的相關風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計提供了較好的參考與借鑒。綜上所述,本文從風景名勝區(qū)的規(guī)劃設計與建設現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結合耦合理論,分別探討了風景旅游建筑與場地、風景旅游建筑與人之間的耦合關系,構建了耦合度評價體系,得出了相應的規(guī)劃設計策略與手法,建立了風景旅游建筑規(guī)劃設計的方法,對將來的規(guī)劃設計實踐與管理工作具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Landscape tourism architecture is an important material guarantee for scenic spots to carry out tourism activities and an important part of tourism system. The level of planning and design of landscape tourism architecture will affect tourists' recreation satisfaction and the identity of scenic spots. This paper takes landscape tourism architecture as the research object, through the policy and the case study, unifies the coupling theory, proposed the coupling model of "landscape tourism building-site-person". By using the methods of literature research, empirical research, analytic hierarchy process, psychophysics and spatio-temporal behavior, a systematic theory system of landscape tourism architecture is established, and a corresponding planning and design method is formed. The main body of this paper from the following four parts. In the first part, based on the present situation of planning, design and construction of scenic spots, the scientific concept of landscape tourism architecture is put forward and its historical context and development status are systematically combed out. The coupling system of landscape tourism architecture is established and explained in detail. Through domestic and foreign policies and case studies, it is concluded that the experience and practice of national park planning and design in the United States and Taiwan, especially the national park architectural design, has important reference value for the planning and design of landscape tourism architecture in mainland China. The second part discusses the coupling relationship between landscape tourism architecture and site from two aspects of site space environment and site shape representation and puts forward the corresponding design strategies and techniques. The evaluation system of the coupling degree between the landscape tourism building and the site is established by using AHP (AHP) and the application process of the evaluation system is demonstrated by practical cases. The third part discusses the coupling relationship between tourist architecture and people (tourists) from the perspective of tourists' psychological and behavioral needs. Combined with the theories of psychophysics and environmental preference matrix, the visual evaluation and analysis methods of landscape tourism architecture are established by means of questionnaire survey and data analysis, and the conclusions are as follows: cultural, unique, and so on. Environmental integration and naturalness are the most important factors influencing the visual evaluation of landscape tourism architecture. Based on the theories of spatio-temporal behavior, time-geography, questionnaire survey, spatio-temporal behavior observation and data analysis, the empirical research is carried out on the pavilion in the back mountain of Qingcheng. This paper discusses the relationship between landscape tourism architecture and tourist behavior, and draws some conclusions and suggestions to guide the planning and design of landscape tourism architecture in the future. The fourth part is based on the previous landscape tourism architecture planning and design application, from the planning and design principles, integrated planning and design process to establish the landscape tourism architecture planning and design method system. And through the actual case-Guizhou Xijiang Miaozhai tourism service area planning and design has carried on the analysis. The model planning and design guidelines for tourist centers, public toilets and shelters are formed, which provide a good reference for the planning and design of related scenic tourism buildings in the future. To sum up, from the current situation of planning, design and construction of scenic spots, combined with coupling theory, this paper discusses the coupling relationship between landscape tourism buildings and sites, landscape tourism buildings and people, and constructs an evaluation system of coupling degree. The corresponding strategies and methods of planning and design are obtained, and the methods of planning and design of landscape tourism architecture are established, which have certain guiding significance for the practice and management of planning and design in the future.
