【摘要】：資源和能源問(wèn)題在當(dāng)今社會(huì)已經(jīng)成為影響人類(lèi)生存和發(fā)展的重要因素,資源短缺,能耗過(guò)高時(shí)時(shí)刻刻制約著人類(lèi)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展。作為建筑能耗“大戶”的大型公共建筑,是高能耗的隊(duì)伍“排頭兵”,其能耗居高不下。但是其節(jié)能潛力是巨大的,如果能夠降低大型公共建筑的能耗,可避免大量能源的不必要浪費(fèi),這對(duì)于整個(gè)建筑群體甚至全社會(huì)的節(jié)能減排都具有十分深遠(yuǎn)的意義。朝陽(yáng)市屬于中小城市,大型公共建筑的保有量不多,但是其能耗卻也居高不下。通過(guò)調(diào)查,朝陽(yáng)市大型公共建筑的高能耗很大程度上是不合理設(shè)計(jì)、使用的必然結(jié)果,因此其節(jié)能潛力不可小覷。制定適合朝陽(yáng)市實(shí)際情況的節(jié)能政策,對(duì)高能耗的建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造,使其能耗降低,是整個(gè)朝陽(yáng)市的節(jié)能減排工作的重要組成部分。本選題通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外大型公共建筑節(jié)能方法的探究,結(jié)合對(duì)朝陽(yáng)市大型公共建筑能耗現(xiàn)狀的分析,得出朝陽(yáng)市大型公共建筑能耗高的原因,找出存在的問(wèn)題,并提出解決方案,同時(shí),提出構(gòu)建朝陽(yáng)市大型公共建筑能耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的建議。大型公共建筑能耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)能夠做到對(duì)大型公共建筑能耗的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,完善節(jié)能監(jiān)管體系、能源審計(jì),促進(jìn)對(duì)既有大型公共建筑的節(jié)能改造,對(duì)朝陽(yáng)市大型公共建筑的節(jié)能降耗工作具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The problem of resources and energy has become an important factor affecting the survival and development of human beings in today's society. The shortage of resources and the excessive energy consumption restrict the development of human beings and society all the time. As a large building energy consumption "large" public buildings, is a high energy-consuming team "platoon", its energy consumption remains high. However, its energy saving potential is huge, if it can reduce the energy consumption of large public buildings, it can avoid the unnecessary waste of a large amount of energy, which is of great significance to the whole building group and even the whole society. Chaoyang is a small and medium-sized city, large-scale public buildings are not much, but its energy consumption is also high. Through investigation, the high energy consumption of large public buildings in Chaoyang City is to a large extent the inevitable result of unreasonable design and use, so its energy saving potential can not be underestimated. It is an important part of the energy saving and emission reduction work of Chaoyang city to formulate the energy saving policy suitable for the actual situation of Chaoyang city and to retrofit the buildings with high energy consumption so as to reduce the energy consumption. This topic through the domestic and foreign large-scale public building energy saving method research, unifies to Chaoyang city large-scale public building energy consumption present situation analysis, obtains Chaoyang large-scale public building energy consumption high reason, finds out the existence question, and proposes the solution. At the same time, the paper puts forward the suggestion of building Chaoyang large-scale public building energy consumption monitoring system. The energy consumption monitoring system of large public buildings can monitor the energy consumption of large public buildings in real time, improve the energy conservation supervision system, energy audit, and promote the energy saving transformation of existing large public buildings. It has reference value for the work of saving energy and reducing consumption of large public buildings in Chaoyang.
