【摘要】：建筑工程質量不僅關系到工程項目投資效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益,也關系到人民生命、國家財產(chǎn)安全和國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。保證和提高建筑工程項目質量的一個重要途徑,就是進行有效的項目質量控制,而施工階段的質量控制對整個工程質量起決定性作用,因此,選擇建筑工程項目施工階段的質量控制作為課題進行研究,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要是對萊州市金源商廈建設項目施工階段質量控制的系統(tǒng)研究,利用PDCA循環(huán)從質量控制計劃、質量控制實施、質量檢查、質量改進四個方面針對金源商廈展開全面質量管理,特別是針對萊州市金源商廈建設項目的特點,從主要分項工程及特色分部工程展開了科學系統(tǒng)的質量管理研究工作,最終構建了萊州市金源商廈建設項目PDCA循環(huán)質量控制體系。在運用PDCA循環(huán)進行質量控制過程中,本文進一步對整個質量控制的方法和過程進行科學系統(tǒng)的評價,論文系統(tǒng)全面結合層次分析法、模糊綜合評價,對萊州市金源商廈建設項目質量控制水平進行評價,構建以PDCA循環(huán)保證體系、PDCA循環(huán)運行體系、工程實體質量三個方面為一級指標的質量控制水平評價體系。通過對萊州市金源商廈項目的問卷調查,進一步通過模糊綜合評價運算,得出金源商廈在質量控制方面的綜合水平,并發(fā)現(xiàn)萊州市金源商廈建設項目PDCA循環(huán)質量控制中的問題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并提出了改進建議和措施。
[Abstract]:The quality of construction project is not only related to the benefit of project investment, environmental benefit and social benefit, but also related to the life of the people, the security of national property and the development of national economy. An important way to guarantee and improve the quality of construction project is to carry out effective project quality control, and the quality control in construction stage plays a decisive role in the whole project quality. It is of great practical significance to select the quality control of construction project as the subject. This paper is mainly about the systematic study of quality control in the construction phase of the construction project of Jinyuan Commercial Building in Laizhou City, using the PDCA cycle from the quality control plan, quality control implementation, quality inspection, In view of the four aspects of quality improvement, aiming at the overall quality management of Jinyuan Commercial Building, especially in view of the characteristics of the construction project of Jinyuan Commercial Building in Laizhou City, the scientific and systematic research work on quality management has been carried out from the main sub-projects and characteristic branch projects. Finally, the PDCA cycle quality control system of the construction project of Jinyuan Commercial Building in Laizhou City is constructed. In the process of quality control by using PDCA cycle, the whole method and process of quality control are evaluated scientifically and systematically in this paper. This paper evaluates the quality control level of the construction project of Jinyuan commercial building in Laizhou City, and constructs a quality control level evaluation system with three aspects: PDCA cycle assurance system, PDCA circulation operation system and engineering entity quality. Through the questionnaire survey on the project of Jinyuan Commercial Building in Laizhou City, and through the operation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive level of quality control of Jinyuan Commercial Building is obtained. The problems and weak points in the PDCA cycle quality control of the construction project of Jinyuan Commercial Building in Laizhou City are found, and suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward.
