葉片型式與數(shù)量對軸流式旋風除塵器性能影響的模擬分析

【摘要】:為解決通風系統(tǒng)中過濾除塵方式存在的易于積灰阻塞等問題,將軸流式旋風除塵器引入通風系統(tǒng)中,利用數(shù)值模擬方法分析了導流葉片型式與數(shù)量對設備性能的影響。通過對比4種不同準線葉片在不同數(shù)量下的相關性能指標,得到了不同型式葉片的主要特征,并對葉片數(shù)量在不同準線型式下對性能指標的影響進行了定量化分析。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the filter and dust removal mode in ventilation system is easy to accumulate ash, the axial flow cyclone dust collector is introduced into the ventilation system, and the influence of the type and quantity of guide vane on the performance of the equipment is analyzed by numerical simulation method. The main characteristics of different types of blades were obtained by comparing the relative performance indexes of four different types of blades in different numbers, and the effects of the number of blades on the performance of different types of blades were analyzed quantitatively.
