【摘要】：建設(shè)特色小鎮(zhèn)是經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下加快區(qū)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,文章在深入分析特色小鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合安徽省白地鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃案例,從規(guī)模選址、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、功能聚合、空間優(yōu)化、風(fēng)貌營(yíng)造和機(jī)制保障等方面探索提升區(qū)域核心價(jià)值、加快高端要素集聚、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、歷史文化傳承與實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的路徑,以期為特色小鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供有益的借鑒。
[Abstract]:It is a strategic choice to speed up the development of regional innovation under the new normal state of economy. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of characteristic town, combining with the planning case of Whitetown in Anhui Province, this paper focuses on the selection of site selection, industrial transformation, function aggregation, and so on. Space optimization, style construction and mechanism guarantee, etc., to explore ways to enhance the regional core value, accelerate the gathering of high-end elements, upgrade the industrial transformation, inherit history and culture and realize innovation drive, etc. In order to provide a useful reference for the planning and construction of small towns with characteristics.
