【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國城市人口老齡化進(jìn)程的加快和老年人照料問題的突出,十二五規(guī)劃提出來《社會養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系建設(shè)規(guī)劃(2011-2015年)》。同時,在2011年由民政部組織有關(guān)單位共同編制了《社區(qū)老年人日間照料中心建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(建標(biāo)143-2012),對日間照料中心的的定義定位和相關(guān)指標(biāo)作出了解釋說明。但是建設(shè)中仍然存在很大的問題和不足,尤其是在寒地城市,新建老年日間照料中心并沒有根據(jù)氣候特點做出合理的調(diào)整和提出適應(yīng)性設(shè)計策略。因此,有必要在完善社區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施理論體系的同時針對寒地城市老年人的的需求和行為進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查,了解寒地社區(qū)照料服務(wù)施情況并進(jìn)行分析,提出切實可行的功能構(gòu)成方案和建筑設(shè)計策略。論文首先解析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對老年日間照料中心和寒地城市的概念進(jìn)行闡述。通過對接受服務(wù)的對象——寒地社區(qū)老年人的日常行為特點進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查,對寒地社區(qū)老年人的日間照料需求做出統(tǒng)計和分析。然后針對提供服務(wù)的機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析并發(fā)現(xiàn)亟需解決的問題,從而明確了寒地社區(qū)老年日間照料中心的服務(wù)對象和社會功能。論文基于建筑策劃的方法,對外部條件和內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行分析,針對寒地特點和老年人行為特點,對影響建筑設(shè)計的各個因子和日間照料中心的空間屬性特征進(jìn)行分類歸納和詳細(xì)研究。通過分析問題,提出解決策略,分別從功能與規(guī)模定位、場地策劃和空間構(gòu)想三個方面進(jìn)行論述。最后在建筑策劃的基礎(chǔ)上提出寒地社區(qū)老年日間照料中心的設(shè)計方法,將研究結(jié)論進(jìn)一步落實到空間設(shè)計層面。首先從平面布局入手分析其動線組織和空間組合方式,然后具體到內(nèi)部空間、外部空間的設(shè)計方法,通過建筑內(nèi)外不同空間的精細(xì)化設(shè)計研究,對老年日間照料中心的模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)想。論文在國家建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了寒冷地區(qū)的特殊性,并結(jié)合大量國外優(yōu)秀案例進(jìn)行研究分析,總結(jié)了寒冷地區(qū)的老年日間照料中心的設(shè)計策略和方法,為促進(jìn)寒冷地區(qū)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)意義,同時也為今后的建筑實踐提供切實可行的參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the aging process of urban population in China and the prominent problem of care for the elderly, the 12th Five-Year Plan was put forward in the "Construction Plan of Social Old-age Service system (2011-2015)". At the same time, in 2011, the relevant units organized by the Ministry of Civil Affairs jointly compiled the Standard for the Construction of Day Care Centers for the elderly in Community (Building Standard 143-2012), and explained the definition, orientation and related indicators of day-care centers. However, there are still many problems and shortcomings in the construction, especially in cold cities, the newly built day-care centers for the elderly have not made reasonable adjustments and proposed adaptive design strategies according to the climate characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the theoretical system of community pension facilities and conduct a detailed investigation on the needs and behaviors of the elderly in cold cities, so as to understand and analyze the situation of community care services in cold regions. Put forward feasible function composition scheme and architectural design strategy. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of research at home and abroad, and expounds the concepts of day care center for the elderly and cold city. Through the analysis of the daily behavior characteristics of the elderly in the cold region community, and the questionnaire survey, this paper makes statistics and analysis on the day care needs of the elderly in the cold region community. Then the field investigation is carried out on the service providers, the present situation is investigated and analyzed, and the problems that need to be solved are found, so as to clarify the service object and social function of the day-care center for the elderly in the cold community. Based on the architectural planning method, the paper analyzes the external and internal conditions, aiming at the characteristics of the cold region and the behavior of the elderly. The factors affecting architectural design and the spatial attributes of day care centers are classified and summarized in detail. Through the analysis of the problems, the paper puts forward the solving strategies, which are discussed from three aspects: function and scale orientation, site planning and space conception. Finally, on the basis of architectural planning, the design method of day-care center for the elderly in cold communities is put forward, and the research conclusion is further implemented to the level of spatial design. First of all, it analyzes its dynamic organization and space combination mode from the plane layout, and then concretely introduces the design method of internal space and outer space, and studies on the fine design of different space inside and outside the building. The model of day care center for the elderly was conceived. On the basis of national construction standards, this paper analyzes the particularity of cold regions, and combines with a large number of excellent cases abroad to study and analyze, and summarizes the design strategies and methods of day care centers for the elderly in cold areas. It provides guidance significance for promoting the development of community old-age facilities in cold areas, and also provides practical reference for the construction practice in the future.
