基于燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃機(jī)的冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)性能研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于提高能源利用率的大力提倡,冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)作為一種梯級(jí)能源利用方式已經(jīng)逐漸成為未來研究和使用的主要趨勢(shì)。雖然目前國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)也開展了很多研究工作,但還是基于穩(wěn)態(tài)特性的研究較多,對(duì)基于整體系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性的理論研究較少。通過對(duì)一個(gè)基于燃?xì)鈨?nèi)燃機(jī)的冷熱電聯(lián)供系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)特性模擬研究,可以掌握此類系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行規(guī)律,為實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行提出調(diào)節(jié)控制方法。以某個(gè)以內(nèi)燃機(jī)為原動(dòng)機(jī)的冷熱電聯(lián)供項(xiàng)目為基礎(chǔ),整理動(dòng)態(tài)模擬所需數(shù)據(jù),并利用已知的部分資料,對(duì)系統(tǒng)及吸收式制冷機(jī)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行參數(shù)選定。列出了系統(tǒng)中各種工質(zhì)的物性經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,并用MATLAB編制成可調(diào)用的函數(shù)程序。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用平均值模型法對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)建模,并采用集總參數(shù)法對(duì)系統(tǒng)中各種換熱器及吸收式制冷機(jī)建立動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過分析數(shù)學(xué)模型,提出相應(yīng)的程序解法,利用MATLAB的SIMULINK子模塊編制系統(tǒng)各部件及整體的程序。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的各控制要素及流程,對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)組和吸收式制冷機(jī)的負(fù)荷加載、負(fù)荷減載、關(guān)機(jī)及開機(jī)等動(dòng)態(tài)工況進(jìn)行模擬,在分析模擬結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,得到一些具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義的結(jié)論。最后,列舉出了系統(tǒng)的各種運(yùn)行方案,并在模擬和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得到系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行規(guī)律,指導(dǎo)實(shí)際運(yùn)行的調(diào)節(jié)控制。
[Abstract]:With the domestic and foreign efforts to improve energy efficiency, the combined cooling and heat supply system as a cascade energy use mode has gradually become the main trend of research and use in the future. Although a lot of research work has been done at home and abroad on the combined cooling and heating power supply system, there are still many studies based on the steady state characteristics, and there are few theoretical studies on the dynamic characteristics of the whole system. By simulating the dynamic characteristics of a combined cooling and heat supply system based on gas combustion engine, the dynamic operation law of this kind of system can be grasped, and the regulating control method for the actual system operation can be put forward. Based on a combined cooling and heat supply project with internal combustion engine as prime mover, the data needed for dynamic simulation are arranged, and the parameters of the system and absorption refrigerator are selected by using some known data. The experiential formulas of physical properties of various working fluids in the system are listed, and the transferable function programs are programmed by MATLAB. On this basis, the dynamic mathematical model of each subsystem of generator set is established by the mean value model method, and the dynamic mathematical model of various heat exchangers and absorption refrigerators in the system is established by lumped parameter method. By analyzing the mathematical model, the corresponding program solution is put forward, and the system components and the whole program are programmed by the SIMULINK submodule of MATLAB. According to the control elements and processes of the system, the load loading, load reduction, shutdown and startup of the generator set and the absorption refrigerator are simulated, and on the basis of the analysis of the simulation results, Some conclusions of practical significance are obtained. Finally, various operation schemes of the system are listed, and on the basis of simulation and analysis, the dynamic operation rules of the system are obtained to guide the regulation and control of the actual operation.
