三維復合隔震墩研究

【摘要】:我國是地震高發(fā)國家,歷年以來地震對人民的財產和生命安全有著巨大的威脅,隨著防震技術的發(fā)展,結構已經(jīng)不僅僅僅限于“硬抗”,近年來隨著隔震理論的發(fā)展和運用,基礎隔震技術已經(jīng)得到更多人的關注和研究,有望成為今后結構抗震方向的主流。基于早期對地震波的認識,人們對大部分普通結構抗震僅僅考慮水平方向地震波的影響,普遍認為只有大跨度、高聳建筑,才需考慮豎向地震的影響,因此在隔震技術上大多數(shù)人基本只考慮了在水平方向進行隔震的方法,對于豎向隔震的研究相對缺失。然而,隨著專家學者對地震的深入研究以及近年來的地震現(xiàn)象發(fā)現(xiàn),豎向地震的影響對于結構是不容忽視的,國內外已經(jīng)監(jiān)測到一些地震記錄顯示在近震時豎向加速度往往達到甚至超過水平加速度,這充分說明隔震技術對豎向地震研究的必要性。本文針對國內外現(xiàn)有隔震裝置在豎向隔震研究方向的空白,以基礎隔震原理為依據(jù),在鋼筋瀝青復合隔震層的基礎上,開發(fā)了一種新型三維隔震裝置—三維復合隔震墩,在減輕水平地震的同時也能有效進行豎向隔震,同時考慮我國村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)的特點,還有著造價低廉、構造簡單等特點。本文首先介紹了三維復合隔震墩的基本隔震原理以及創(chuàng)新點,并將三維復合隔震墩結構特點、計算模型以及設計理論作為重點,闡述三維復合隔震墩的施工工藝和制作流程,最后進行振動臺模擬試驗,通過布置在上部結構以及振動臺面上的拾振器測出振動臺輸入以及上部結構輸出的加速度峰值,通過兩者的比值來判斷隔震效果。試驗結果表明,無論是在水平方向或是豎向方向上,三維復合隔震墩均有較好的隔震效果,加速度有極大的衰減,為三維復合隔震墩的推廣應用提供了充分了理論基礎。
[Abstract]:China is a country with high incidence of earthquakes. Earthquake has a great threat to people's property and life safety in the past years. With the development of earthquake prevention technology, the structure has not only been limited to "hard resistance", but also with the development and application of isolation theory in recent years. The foundation isolation technology has been paid more attention and research, and it is expected to become the mainstream of seismic direction in the future. Based on the early understanding of seismic waves, people only consider the influence of horizontal seismic waves on the earthquake resistance of most common structures. It is generally believed that only large span and towering buildings need to consider the influence of vertical earthquakes. Therefore, in isolation technology, most people only consider the method of isolation in horizontal direction, and the research on vertical isolation is relatively missing. However, with the in-depth study of earthquakes by experts and scholars and the earthquake phenomena in recent years, it is found that the influence of vertical earthquakes on structures can not be ignored. Some seismic records at home and abroad show that the vertical acceleration usually reaches or even exceeds the horizontal acceleration in near earthquakes, which fully shows the necessity of seismic isolation technology for vertical seismic research. In this paper, aiming at the blank in the research direction of vertical isolation of the existing isolation devices at home and abroad, based on the principle of base isolation and on the basis of reinforced asphalt composite isolation layer, a new three-dimensional isolation device, three-dimensional composite isolation pier, is developed. At the same time, the horizontal earthquake can be reduced and the vertical isolation can be effectively carried out. At the same time, the characteristics of villages and towns in our country are considered, and the cost is low and the structure is simple and so on. In this paper, the basic isolation principle and innovation of 3D composite isolation pier are introduced, and the structural characteristics, calculation model and design theory of 3D composite isolation pier are taken as the emphases, and the construction technology and production flow of 3D composite isolation pier are expounded. Finally, the vibration table simulation test is carried out, and the peak acceleration of the input and output of the vibration table is measured by the vibration pick-up arranged on the upper structure and the vibration table surface, and the isolation effect is judged by the ratio of the two. The experimental results show that both horizontal and vertical direction, the three-dimensional composite isolation pier has better isolation effect, and the acceleration has great attenuation, which provides a sufficient theoretical basis for the popularization and application of three-dimensional composite isolation pier.
