智慧建筑評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)各方面一直致力于加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,推動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。作為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)七大板塊之一的新一代信息技術(shù),發(fā)展尤為迅速,已初步形成比較完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。新一代信息技術(shù)的直接運(yùn)用便是基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧城市建設(shè),目前智慧城市試點(diǎn)名單已達(dá)193個(gè)。智慧建筑作為智慧城市建設(shè)的基本元素,能否順利開展和推廣,顯得尤為重要。隨著建筑智慧化轉(zhuǎn)變步伐的加快,我國(guó)智慧建筑市場(chǎng)面臨的問題也逐漸突出。建立一套客觀公正的智慧建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系,有利于對(duì)智慧建筑市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督與引導(dǎo),也可以對(duì)智慧建筑運(yùn)作效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估與反饋。本文歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外智慧建筑理念、技術(shù)最新的研究成果,闡述了我國(guó)智慧建筑目前發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,整理了智慧家居、智慧大廈、智慧小區(qū)的基本技術(shù)架構(gòu)。最終從智慧建筑全生命周期角度出發(fā),以“寬口徑、抓重點(diǎn)”為原則,構(gòu)建了一套包含5個(gè)維度、15個(gè)要素、30個(gè)指標(biāo)的智慧建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系。采用基于專家打分的層次分析法(AHP)計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)體系的權(quán)重系數(shù),利用含有權(quán)重系數(shù)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)五礦產(chǎn)業(yè)園企業(yè)服務(wù)中心大樓進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出該項(xiàng)目智慧大樓評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)為“優(yōu)”。得出的結(jié)論與該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況比較吻合,證實(shí)了本文所設(shè)計(jì)的研究方法與評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系比較合理、科學(xué)。本文的重點(diǎn):1、基于目前發(fā)展較成熟的智能建筑技術(shù)架構(gòu),并結(jié)合智慧城市信息平臺(tái),對(duì)智慧建筑的技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了整理。2、通過對(duì)目前其它智慧產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的歸納與總結(jié),對(duì)智慧建筑評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了初步探討。目的在于為我國(guó)智慧建筑的健康發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, all aspects of our country have been committed to speed up the transformation of economic development mode, promote the development of strategic emerging industries. As one of the seven major strategic emerging industries, the new generation of information technology has developed rapidly, and has initially formed a relatively complete industrial chain. The direct application of the new generation of information technology is the construction of intelligent cities based on the Internet of things. At present, there are 193 pilot lists of intelligent cities. As the basic element of the construction of intelligent city, it is very important to develop and popularize it smoothly. With the quickening of the transformation of architectural intelligence, the problems faced by the intelligent building market in China are also becoming more and more prominent. The establishment of an objective and fair evaluation system of intelligent building is beneficial to the supervision and guidance of the intelligent building market, as well as to the evaluation and feedback of the operation effect of the intelligent building. This paper summarizes the concept of intelligent architecture at home and abroad, the latest research results of technology, expounds the present situation of the development of intelligent architecture in China, and arranges the basic technical framework of wisdom house, wisdom building and intelligent community. Finally, from the point of view of the whole life cycle of intelligent architecture, based on the principle of "wide caliber and focus", a set of evaluation system of intelligent architecture including 5 dimensions, 15 elements and 30 indexes is constructed. The weight coefficient of the evaluation system is calculated by (AHP) based on expert scoring, and the evaluation index system with weight coefficient is used to evaluate the building of enterprise service center of Minmetals Industrial Park. The evaluation grade of the wisdom building of the project is "excellent". The conclusion is in good agreement with the implementation of the project, which proves that the research method and evaluation index system designed in this paper are reasonable and scientific. The key points of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the mature technology architecture of intelligent building and the information platform of intelligent city, the technical framework of intelligent building is sorted out. Through the induction and summary of other related evaluation index system of wisdom industry at present, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the evaluation index system of intelligent building. The purpose is to provide reference for the healthy development of intelligent architecture in our country.
